They have a self service kiosk now and you can forget it if you have any questions about anything. I stood there for 20 minutes and not one of the 7 employees making cookies said one word to me or asked if I needed help. Those cookies though.
I ordered a party pack for delivery and held my breath with my fingers crossed. Luckily, this store packaged everything so well that it arrived in near perfect form. They were even thoughtful enough to send two six packs instead of the larger box and separated the chilled cookies from the regular ones so it was super easy to store everything when it got here. Love Crumbl so much (even though my waistline doesn’t ?)
Ordered the Olivia GUTS cookie for pickup for my teenage daughter. 1. It wasn’t ready at the specified pickup time. 2. The note that should’ve been on the box that I requested for my daughter wasn’t able to be done because they said they are out of printer paper. Guess employee couldn’t be bothered to just hand write the note on paper or on the inside of the box. 3. As you can see from my pic, the cookie color is not lilac purple as advertised, barely any jam in the star...
