We love Crumbl!! We got the raspberry cheesecake, salted caramel cookie skillet, snickerdoodle sandwich cookie, and the holidays cookies. All are yummy 😋

We’ve gone as a family a few times do get cookies to go, usually after dinner out at/near Avenues. Most of the time the customer service is lacking. Last night came in ordered box of 6 and then saw the note about national cookie day and getting a 7th for free. Employee not helpful, said they couldn’t do it. Employee seemed very grumpy and we’ve gotten that vibe before. Cookies tasted delicious.

Can’t say I was impressed with my first visit. No cookies this week we were told! Hmmm, just pies. Grandson saw- cookie on the order screen. False advertising. Had to order small pies. Selection was ok. Not sure if the other 2 were eaten. $8.69 for 3. Ok. Oh order was rung in at $10.87. Oh we add .99 for extra…..extra what. Sign on the counter said we have no spoons or forks right now. I asked how often they were made. Clerk said every day. I can’t believe this. The store did not seem too busy at all. 1 other person besides us. I’m very disappointed with my first experience I thought would be great. Not at all. Won’t go back.

Customer service is really good. I never have to wait. It’s usually walk in order and get the cookies within a couple minutes and everything is always very tasty. The prices in my opinion could be a little lower, but I get it if you’ve never had Crumbl cookie I suggest given him a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and their new specialty cookies they do in my opinion are phenomenal. My favorite is the banana pudding. I got today has pineapple in it. Amazing.
