Great service food was fresh and delicious!
Good food and ice cream. A little bit of a wait, but made fresh.
Went through the drive thru, and the order wasn't right. The person taking the orders couldn't speak good English and couldn't understand him. It took more than 10 minutes to get our food.
We just moved here and was happy to see a Culver’s. Best chicken fingers anywhere!
Not sure how a place can go from bad to worse but somehow this Culvers has! Not sure if it the management, the arrogant employees, the over all lazy ways but this location gives Culver's a very bad name!

horrible management got my order wrong so i brought it back in to get it fixed and assumed they would get it right the 2nd time but noticed it was wrong again after i drove home so i called and they took my name down for a free meal and i come in couple days later and they said there’s nothing they can do bc my name isn’t written down never returning

Food tasted amazing! The way the food was able to be customized according to the customers' needs is a great highlight. There is no need to ask about having no onions, or pickles, or the whatnot. Instead, you can simply order it yourself as you get seated, and based on your requests, it comes out exactly the same way!

Wisconsin transplant here. My wife and I love going to Culver’s for a taste of home. 2 weeks ago Sunday I ordered one double bacon cheeseburger through the drive thru. After 45 minutes of sitting in my car I finally went inside for a refund but got my burger instead and was met with serious attitude and confusion instead of an apology. Short explanation that the drive thru wasn’t printing tickets and they were trying to figure it out. The 3 cars ahead of me did the same and got refunded. During that time no employee came out to ask why the line of cars wasn’t moving or explain to us what was going on. I went on the website while waiting for my burger and told them about the situation and have yet to hear back which is why I’m here leaving this review. Worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. I am 40 years old.

Food is fine, service is fine, but what’s with the wait time for food? I get being asked to pull forward for a big order, but imo I should not be waiting 15 mins in the drive thru for chicken tenders and fries. I figured it must be a fresh batch, but it wasn’t. I was also like the only person in line. What are you guys doing back there?? Lol
Good food for being fast food. Very well run. Clean restaurant. Can't really complain.
