Always enjoy the food, but the customer service in the Viera, FL location is beyond exceptional! Clean, fast and SO friendly. It's the staff make it the best location.

I liked this place, but for the price I would probably go somewhere else that wasn’t fast food. $35 for two people to get an average sized lunch at a drive through fast food place was a bit much. The service was very friendly and efficient. We got a Reuben sandwich that was rather dry but still good. It just needed more sauce. The fries were really good and hot. The burger we got was actually pretty smooshed on the bottom of the bag, but it was still tasty. The shakes we got were very tasty, but not as good as what we expected for the price, and for being a frozen custard place. I would try it again, perhaps dining inside next time to see what it was like.

Drive through after you pay they put a number on your side mirror then have you pull forward and park behind other cars by the curb. Burger was smash burger very thin patties and only flavor was burnt. Some of it was too hard to eat.First try but wont be back.

Went through the drive thru, and the order wasn't right. The person taking the orders couldn't speak good English and couldn't understand him. It took more than 10 minutes to get our food.

Not sure how a place can go from bad to worse but somehow this Culvers has! Not sure if it the management, the arrogant employees, the over all lazy ways but this location gives Culver's a very bad name!
