I liked this place, but for the price I would probably go somewhere else that wasn’t fast food. $35 for two people to get an average sized lunch at a drive through fast food place was a bit much. The service was very friendly and efficient. We got a Reuben sandwich that was rather dry but still good. It just needed more sauce. The fries were really good and hot. Food tasted amazing! The way the food was able to be customized according to the customers' needs is a great highlight. There is no need to ask about having no onions, or pickles, or the whatnot. Instead, you can simply order it yourself as you get seated, and based on your requests, it comes out exactly the same way!
Wisconsin transplant here. My wife and I love going to Culver’s for a taste of home. 2 weeks ago Sunday I ordered one double bacon cheeseburger through the drive thru. After 45 minutes of sitting in my car I finally went inside for a refund but got my burger instead and was met with serious attitude and confusion instead of an apology.
