Burritos & Fries were cold. Service with an attitude. Ordered 2 for $7 classic burritos (spelled out on their menu - not made up) was charged $4.59 each. The math wasn't mathing. They seemed perturbed when we requested they fix the charges.

I ordered from DoorDash yesterday when the Dasher got there to pick up my order they didn’t have The Del burger, And they didn’t have the nacho platter I wanted they were out of nachos so they substitute four soft tacos plus I had buy one get one of chicken burrito. The bill they charged me $40. The burritos was nine dollars and something sent for the two so four soft tacos cost me $30.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to the crew working tonight. The Female shift lead Was fantastic. They were out of some items they let my Uber eats driver know he contacted me and she made the adjustment quick and easy even giving us extra items. We love Del taco and this certain location has great employees and great service. Thank you so much. Michael/Cat!

This Del Taco should have been CLOSED.

They were out of ice (for drinks), tea, chips, French fries, and hamburgers—yet they continued selling full-price combo meals. So customers paid full price while getting half the product and warm drinks with no ice. That’s beyond unacceptable.

When my taco shell broke, instead of remaking it, they stacked another shell on it and served it anyway. The taco itself had huge, unmelted chunks of cheese, showing zero care in food prep or quality control.
Management’s excuse was that they were “waiting on a shipment,” but another customer said they were there three days ago and nothing had changed. If you can’t operate for days at a time, stop taking people’s money and close the store. That’s a basic management responsibility.
The restaurant was full of frustrated, upset customers, all realizing they were paying full price for incomplete meals and warm drinks. This is a total management failure—poor planning, poor leadership, and zero accountability.
This location clearly does not respect its customers. Avoid it entirely unless you enjoy paying full price for half a meal and excuses. remaking it, they stacked another shell on it and served it anyway. Food is usually pretty good. But the service occasionally suffers. Some staff are awesome and as expected, some are aren't so great. Overall a good restaurant. I do recommend the magagers learn something about the app. I've asked for help with with getting my so called rewards, that I can almost never redeem, unless I go inside and have them manually scan. Still, I go back every week.

We have been here many times and loved it but this time the crispy chicken taco were cold and one side of the soft shell was tough and chewy.

I missed Del Taco being originally from Southern California. I usually make a point of grabbing a bite weekly :)

Food below par. Don’t need fries in my burrito. No ice in the soda machine. Waitress was friendly. Wouldn’t waste my time going back. Fried cheese cake was good.

This store is in a surprisingly bad state of disrepair: the A/C is not working; instead, they have fans on the tables. The soda machine is broken and sprays everywhere; the floor around it is disgustingly sticky and your shoes stick to it and make noise.

The service was horrible: I was the only one in line at 12:30, and no one would come take my order. They just stood there and looked at me, and did everything but come take my order for several minutes. One worker was sitting at a table eating and on his phone the entire time I was in the store—at the height of lunch hour.

The tacos were good: tasty and fresh, but the meat was overly salty.

Also, not sure why French Fries are the side here instead of rice and beans…

This restaurant needs some attention from corporate!

Always thought this was just a Taco Bell competitor, but they’re not even comparable. Del Taco is top tier. Warm, chewy tortillas wrap their burritos, which they have a wide array of options and tiers for. They offer crispy crinkle cut French fries that almost always come out hot and fresh. Drive thru line is worth it, though it’s not horribly slow (I’ve waited longer at McDonalds).

Definitely was not worth the $37 we spent Not the same that they were when I was eating at them out west out west I was not getting french fries as a side I had the option to get rice and beans The french fries here at this location or double fried they were two crispy too salty the cilantro still had the stems on it which were choking me up while I was eating the burrito My daughter said that the chicken tasted sour My wife said that there was not enough meat in her tacos she got they were more ingredients then there was actual meat and her soft tortillas were falling apart before she could even pick it up just to sum it all up del Taco corporate needs to step in and retrain these people how to do the stuff because my burrito should not have fallen apart as soon as I picked it up and they're not wrapping these burritos tight enough

Update 10/18/2025
This place has lost its touch. Soda machine should always work perfectly this is something coca cola maintains. No excuses unless your skimping on maintenance.I order the dorado chicken burrito. I wasn't impressed. Almost 11 dollars for a tortilla, cheese, onion cilantro literally a few scattered pieces of meat. If you guys were looking to follow taco bells playbook you aced it. Next time just make sure there is more of a signature flavor like there's to overpower the cheaper overstuffed product to save on the expensive. I'm like so disappointed in del taco. AC hasn't been right in awhile, disgrace on the owners part. I'm sure del taco will close down before long. It's an embarrassment to the franchise.
