Going through the drive-thru a 2nd time right now. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the food (soft tacos) were horrible and mostly cheese. Avoid.

Went thru drive thru. Food was thrown together and wrapped. Opened it, and everything fell apart. No value for the amount they charge. Will have to find other options for drive thru meal

I love the food, ridiculous wait times, EVERY TIME. STILL IN LINE AS I TYPE THIS. 25 Minutes for 7 cars. It’s not like this when I eat a Del taco in California they launch rockets faster here.

My first time at Del Taco although my son eats here regularly and loves it. I can see why. Great tasting, fresh food in ample portions at very reasonable prices.Can't wait to go back to try more entrees and also try their fresh ground coffee!

Personally I wasn't impressed but my husband can't say enough about the Epic Burrito. We have been back twice already. I will say it is definitely a step up from Taco Bell but so are the prices. They have to pay for that brand new building somehow, right?

I can't attest to the atmosphere, I used my car, via drive through.The staff were friendly, helpful, patient, the correctly repeated back my order. This was my very first experience with Del Taco. I HAVE NEVER had them before, and I don't need to ever again. I spent almost 18.00 and the food was disgusting. I tried several bites of the different items and the only thumbs-up I can offer is on the mini churros.. and your friendly employees .. what a waste. I wouldn't even buy this food for the homeless

I submitted my order went to the Window and asked for more information as the price was double. Lady shrugged. I went inside and spoke to another lady. She was more rude and said what ever the computer does is it.The TACO shells were stail and fries were so greasy.Ridiculous, not going to this location again.

There are a lot of great things at Del Taco, unfortunately there are all also some really rude and unhelpful employees, in particular a young black girl with gauges and piercings, I always hear her talking down to employees, she lies about what's available so she doesn't have to cook new portions, I try to give this business money but she finds ways to weasel out of doing anything helpful or accommodating to customers. There is only one Del Taco in the area, and with people like her representing the company, it will close just like the others.

I love the food there. I am addicted to Del Taco. But i cant go there anymore cause when i go at night (inside no longer open), the same woman is working the drive thru window. I cant stand this woman. I have a problem with her every time i go.

Tuesday at 6:50pm. Went to the drive thru. I ordered the steak quesadilla. Drove up and payed. Then I was told to pull forward. I could only pull up about 4 feet because there were 4 other cars pulled up ahead of me. It really did not seem that busy, but I'm on the outside looking in. I get it. If you are short handed and busy, then things can take a little extra time. But if you are busy, then the employees taking your order, should be honest and let you know that your order could take between 5 -10 minutes. I should not be duped into paying the bill and then be told I have to wait an extended amount of time. I would have cancelled my order before paying if I had known. Poor training by management. Food was not as good as similar style fast food restaurants. I can"t say there is a good reason for me to go back.
