Had breakfast with a buddy of mine here. I came in and sat at the bar. I spoke with the manager Robin and talked about the Super Bowl she was awesome. Then I my waitress Gabi auper xool waitress I stareted giving herw a hard time jokingly had a few laughs. Gabi's service was unprecidented always willing take care of my needs with enthusiam in a timely manner. Between my inter actions with Robin ans Gabi I litterally felt as if I was amongst family and friends. Im a co owner on local Facebook page that has over 20k followers and im hopong this review reaches the right in HR or Managment and they both get aknowledged I will be checking with them in the near future ro see if that has happened. I would hate to leave a bas review on account of them not getting aknowledgement for their hard work.

Preface: I quit going to Denny’s because of the location on 192 near the interstate, it is horrible. We had an appointment near this location, my husband wanted to try it because he says the parking lot is always full. Review: Our waitress, Kris, was an absolute delight. Great attitude, prompt, attentive but not overly so. We ordered the slam burger and the Philly omelette. The flavors were great. It was worth saying we will be adding this to our rotation. This picture is not the greatest but I also didn’t plan on doing a review.

REFUND PLEASE! Olo order# 33304814182219776
This restaurant has ISSUES. MY BURGER WAS RAW. THE MEAT WAS BROWN FROM BEING ON THE LINE TOO LONG. I brought the burger back to the restaurant and waited 20+ minutes for the manager. Turns out he's the one that cooked the burger. Seriously Dennys???? after 25 minutes the waitress went back to remind him I was still there and he asked if I wanted the burger re-made. I said no I want a refund, but he couldn't do my refund because he was cooking. So I left. Today I called to speak to the MOD and was told he was on the line cooking. When i asked for corporate number the manger came to the phone and promised my refund. I still haven't been refunded.
You will continue to lose guests if your managers are constantly cooking instead of running the restaurant.
I really need my $19.15 back as I did not technically receive my order
This picture does not do it justice. The burger was raw not even hot enough for cheese to melt. It only looks brown because the meat was already brown. Look at the texture.
