Food is fine. However the lady that answered the phone on 11/9/2025 around 4:50ish needs extreme soft skills training. I’m worried about writing this review in general because based on how rude she was on the phone I wouldn’t put it past her to spit in the food! I called to place an order for delivery. I live in an apartment complex about 5 min away. I clarified, “I want to make sure the address shows I live at an apt complex so I am not sure if you need my # or not.” I had initially not given her the number of my building so I wanted to make sure. She comes back with full attitude “WELL YEAH??? WHAT IS IT THEN..??” SO RUDE! Even the people around me that heard her speak turned around and started laughing out of embarrassment for her! Not to mention when she answered the phone she goes “hello??” as if we were prank calling her! She did not sound like she wanted to take orders for the business! I was so taken aback I nearly asked for her name, and told her to cancel my order on the spot because of how rude she was. I hope management can listen to the call and use it apart of the “what NOT to do” during executive training courses. I have worked in the service industry before and even on Christmas Eve when I was exhaust education after working 12 hours I never spoke to a customer so poorly.

Website down to order and they will not honor 50% discount offered online, they ask to try again in 30 minutes, no other option, they are busy. Will have to call another pizza place.

3 pizzas in total. All dropped. Disgusting. Dry. Called and asked for a refund or credit, they said they couldn't do any of that, has to be same day credit meaning, they could remake it and deliver but need all pizzas back.
Not an issue. We didn't want the pizza at that point. Just wanted the refund, come and get your pizzas.
Why would I want another pizza when the first one took an hour and not good quality.
Managers were no help.

I’ve ordered from this location 3x in the last 2 months. It was delivered timely and hot the first 2x. Today I placed the same order online and was told they would be delivered by 5:20. The delivery didn’t happen until 5:48 and the pizza was lukewarm at best. I called to discuss it with the store. I was repeatedly put on hold and was told there was nothing they could do because they’re busy. Finally I was told that maybe they could remake them if I brought them II refused—I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver 17% in advance. The only other thing I was told was they’re really busy. I let the employee know that they should’ve shared that with me when I ordered, giving me the opportunity to choose from another restaurant. At the very least, I should’ve been updated once the time was past the given delivery time. None of that happened. I was never given the opportunity to speak to a supervisor or manager and was, basically, brushed off. Shame on you Domino’s. I really thought you had turned the corner from the days of indifference. FYI—I’ve been ordering Dominos since my college days in Ohio beginning 1975. I’ve watched them slowly go downhill but was optimistic with the New York style and my first 2 encounters.

No dine-in option. Carry out or delivery only. The food is always on point. Domino's app always has some great deals for free or low-cost items. They are very fast with carryout or carbide delivery.
