If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did my husband and I both get the wrong thing, but it took them forever to get it to us and with terrible attitudes the whole time. Maybe I’ll give them a pass as we went at 7am but still there should be no excuse to be a crappy person.

I pre-ordered thru the app, some flavors were not available. No problem , I drive to store to pick up order only to be told they only have 4 of the 12 items I ordered. No phone call, no msg to let me know. When I said fine will just make partial payment, App took full amount and employee was like just request refund on app. No such luck, all phone#s are non operational, only can request by email. Un professional, will not be going to Dunkin nor Baskin again. Donut i tried was super old and dry

Devin was being a bully the only reason I gave 5 stars for the food was because of this young lady who name is Dyana first day she was crying overwhelmed and threw her in the drive thu wasn't taught anything. Yall need to train your employees and have a manager there that wants to help its a team not competition

Today I called through my relay service interpter at Dunkin Donut and I ask for a special merch with drink and I had a Co worker Very Nasty Rude attuide toward me in the phone conversation that she said , She is cooking with rude tone voice and the manger is rude too. I will Never Go this place again . I Like to have a paitence respectful other place.
We stopped for 4 donuts some donut holes and coffee
The cashier was obviously new and not trained..happens but no one seemed to care or help her.
We waited for our order and the crew acted like a bad stoner movie. We were slowly handed a bag...missing half the order..oh whoops and like a Bassett hound on sleeping pills the other 2 donuts..1 at a time we're handed to us.
We asked about the dozen donut holes and this seemed to total confuse everyone..several diffrent large ..like for a dozen donuts boxes opened...and it was obviously a project way beyond their abilities to handel so we just left

The lady with all the tattoos up her arm was nasty and rude. And why are you serving tea with water so hot, that 30 minutes later, it's still to hot to drink without burning the roof of my mouth. Major Lawsuit inbound if that isn't fixed.
