Well usually I get served when I sit in the drive thru at 8am for 5 mins.. not one treating myself and 2 other cars drove off with no food no service bc someone isn't doing their job!

Doesn’t seem to be quite as organized as some others. The coffee seems a little on the weak side..
It's 12:30pm I came to get a bacon eggs and cheese with American cheese, a sweet raspberry tea and hashbrows.
No ketchup. Wrong cheese. Girl gave attitude, no customers service attitude at all. Drink was unsweetened tea when requested sweet tea.
Horrible.

Rudest manager I have ever met. I asked a question about substituting tea for coffee on the combo because my stomach can't handle coffee (and tea is same price or less). The manager proceeded to cut off their employee and yell over me. All in less than 3 minutes.
I will NEVER come give them my business as long as he is on staff. And yes I will spread the word.
Person like that should be demoted and retrained or better yet, fired. There's no excuse or reason to yell at customers if they are not yelling at you. I was going to order and just dump the coffee, but 9nce he started yelling at me all bets were off.
Worst experience and rudest restaurant manager ever. I'll take my business to Einsteins and suggest anyone reading this do the same. Either that or go to dunkin in satellite beach.

Friendly staff but terrible food. I ordered the maple bacon croissant at the drive through. Service was fast. After leaving and getting down the road to a traffic light, I pulled the sandwich out of the bag and took a bite. The sandwich tasted like it has just come out of Hot oven! The croissant was burnt and too fry to make enjoyable…very disappointing! 10 minutes later when arrived home, I tried to continue eating, but couldn’t because of the taste of a burnt sandwich!!! I do NOT recommend this location.

Love that any state I go to they have A Dunkin' and that Dunkin has coffee. That coffee is the same oh so delicious coffee everywhere Dunkin sells it. Thank you! Oh and it doesnt hurt (heh heh heh) that their delicious chocolate frosted donuts are to die for as well! Bacon, egg and cheese croissant? Ecellent! Bagel bites? Yum! Etc etc.....
