Left thr store today and I had to drop a shout out to an amazing worker. He was manning the drive thru window and cook station while helping me with an order. The whole time treated me with nothing but courtesy and kindness. More then what you would expect to someone incredibly busy. I ask his name, his name is Mike. And happy he's an employee at my Dunkin location. Wouldn't go to another one

Feeling rushed to order and then 3 people trying to work on 1 simple order of tea, donut and muffin(they were not busy so I was not necessary to rush me or bombard me) .. having 3 people talking to you at once and handing you items before you even finish telling them what you want or how you want it. I go to pay and notice the bag my muffin was placed in was not warm, so I asked doesn’t the muffin come toasted??? … (I’ve never had to ask for it to be toasted before, it’s usually just done).. they refused to toast my muffin even though they never asked if I’d like it toasted or not. Says they can’t toast it since they handed me the bag.. I understand and appreciate the safety precautions, however, I never touched the muffin or opened the bag…and this is on them for not asking how I would like my muffin if it doesn’t come automatically toasted.. a fault on their end and instead of them correcting the issue by offering a NEW TOASTED muffin and discarding of the other they ignored and disregarded the fact that I was left unsatisfied with the item I paid for and now can not eat because it is hard and stiff. Next time I will stick to my normal, and continue to go to Starbucks where they are FRIENDLY, take ACCOUNTABILITY, and make sure their customers are happy and satisfied when they spend money;

you have a bunch of kids working with no customer service skills. From the look of other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue for you all, thanks for ruining my morning breakfast DUNKIN’ on 1500 s harbor.

I purchased a large iced coffee, which is a standard order for me, however after the first sip it tasted almost moldy (for lack of better words). It tasted musty and strange, almost how something smells after it’s had water damage. I was afraid to drink the rest so I contacted Dunkin Customer support, and they refuse to help if you don’t have a receipt. I wasn’t ever given one to begin with so I’ve essentially wasted $4.59 on moldy tasting coffee. A picture of the sticker that was placed on the cup isn’t enough, which is unfortunate. Other companies like Foxtail and even Starbucks are much more accommodating.

Literally want to use the bathroom after having her coffee I'm wanting the employees started slamming at the door telling me I was in there for 30 minutes I literally was in there to take a piss most unprofessional staff I have no idea how the manager has got hired there

I placed my order as we were pulling up, and the employee acted all sweet but totally condescending. Then she made us drive around the whole building for something we did correctly. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and just plain frustrating.

I just purchase coffee with skim milk and the milk was bad. I called to tell them and they did nothing. Every time is something with this location. Horrible customer service.

Food has no taste, the donuts taste like they're at least 2 days old.
If you want good donuts go to Krispy Kreme.

This is the only Dunkin I’ll go to in Melbourne. I’ve been going a couple times a month for a year and every single time my coffee is perfect. Can’t say that about all Dunkin’s, but this one you can!!

I guess toasting a bagel dark is rocket science with these people. I let it go the first time even I specified this at the kiosk and at the window. I guess they just can’t comprehend this simple task.

This was my first time in this location and my experience was terrible. There was one male worker with a bunch of females, the male worker started yelling and cursing at this young lady, she looked scared and like she was about to cry. WHERE IS THE MANAGER IN THIS PLACE?!!!

As an update to this review, i feel incredibly sad for this young lady who was working with him, it was very hostile and all i really hope for is for this to get handled properly.
