Well, it appears Dunkin’ Donuts has succumbed to the greed that we have seen expand explosively in the last four years. Now, after having reduce the size of their bagels, they have priced them exorbitantly beyond the reach of many middle-class families that would normally have enjoyed them if you can believe, I was asked to pay over $25 for 10 of their now smaller bagels, simply placed in a bag with no toppings of any kind. I, literally was without words when the cashier advised me of this price. I don’t think I will be the only person who then refused to pay that exorbitant Price. What is extremely interesting, is that I then went down the street to a gourmet bagel shop which provided everything one might imagine or want on a bagel. There, was able to get a large fresh bagels of every kind, in fact, many more varieties and Duncan, for only a fraction of their price. Probably not a very smart move by Duncan at this point in our economy, when people cannot afford the most basic things, And will most certainly join me in searching out other options.. When Dunkin’ Donuts bottom line starts to drop like a lead ball they will realize what a mistake they have made.

This Dunkin sucks. Apparently the Apple Fritter is not considered a donut at this location and can’t be included in an assorted half dozen box. After I showed the manager on the app that the fritter is a donut, she tells me that I’m better off ordering on the app. I asked if she could just do it now that I’m physically at the window, she said no. Went to the Viera store and had no problem.

Do not come here, they never have donuts I came here on national donut day and they didn’t “have any” then I come back back 2 weeks later 2 hours before closing and yet again they had “no donuts”. Customer service is terrible. I say to the girl every time I come here you never have donuts and all I got was a “really”? Yeah really don’t come here.

This is the works slowest DD ever. Every time I go it takes forever. Mobile orders are never filled and ready to go. Sucks here absolutely sucks.
Idk if it’s because I ordered delivery but all of the food was disgusting. Hash browns tasted like oven cleaner and the munchkins were hard and squished. Disappointed bc I used to work at this location and the new reviews led me to believe things were getting better. It seems the quality control hasn’t changed at all. Do not order delivery from this location.

It was also relatively clean in there. I asked them to double check everything, and they did that for me to make sure that all 10 items were in
