Michelle is truly an outstanding worker. She brings brightness and positivity to every single day, no matter how challenging it may be. Her dedication, genuine smile, and hard work are truly commendable, and she’s definitely deserving of a raise. It’s not just Michelle, though — we also have wonderful managers like Kishanda and Ayesha who contribute greatly to the team. Plus, that handsome young man in the back always brings bright energy in the mornings and ensures everyone leaves with a smile. I look forward to coming back every Wednesday morning to this amazing team. However, I’ve noticed that Sundays and Mondays can be a very different experience. On those days, the management isn’t as pleasant, and some workers have unfortunately been unprofessional, showing signs of alcohol or marijuana use. There’s also a chubby guy who’s often in the window and sometimes up front, and he frequently reeks of liquor and marijuana when speaking through the window or interacting with customers. It’s this contrast that really highlights how wonderful the Wednesday team is. Overall, the teamwork, professionalism, and positive energy of the Wednesday crew are truly appreciated, and they make all the difference!

Went in the afternoon I was cold and got rained on. I wanted a hot cup of coffee and wondered if they had a French crueler, they not only had some but fresh she said. I paid and they were brewing me a fresh cup of coffee. They apologized for the delay. Everyone was super friendly and coffee was hot and fresh!

So I called a few Dunkin’ Donuts near me at 7 o’clock at night because the Viera 10 U football team Needed their donuts because the team they played this past weekend they shut out So every time they don’t let the other team score they get donuts! (Get it… zero points, the donuts represent Zero!! lol) Well, to my dismay, Dunkin’ Donuts I called shot me right down and told me nope they do not have donuts, So I tried one last Dunkin’ Donuts And it was of course this one Breanna picked up the phone extremely bubbly and happy, And I asked her for three dozen donuts. She said oh I don’t know if I have that many donuts this late, Let me check? She came back on the phone and said I have a dozen sprinkled and then I have a dozen old-fashioned and a dozen other random donuts. I said thank you so much for trying, but these kids will not eat old-fashioned donuts, To my absolute surprise, Breanna said what if I put chocolate frosting and sprinkles on them… I said Breanna now you’re talking to kids language. They will absolutely love that! It is now 730. I just left Breanna. She had the three dozen donuts ready to go for me And I’m heading to the football field!! Rihanna, you’re amazing at customer service. You have a very bright future. The whole 10 U Viera Popwarner Is going to absolutely love you !! Games are Saturday at 12 PM. Come by the Viera Football field anytime you’re always welcome!!!
Tyler you are the man! I had the new bacon, egg and cheese with hash brown and chipotle aioli! It was amazing! Tyler did an awesome job making it for the first time.

Uber and doordash drivers can’t make a living cunning to this store. They take over 10 minutes for orders, and it’s ridiculous. As a consumer, you have to be on top of them to make sure that the order is right.
