Idk if it’s because I ordered delivery but all of the food was disgusting. Hash browns tasted like oven cleaner and the munchkins were hard and squished. Disappointed bc I used to work at this location and the new reviews led me to believe things were getting better. It seems the quality control hasn’t changed at all. Do not order delivery from this location.

My recent trip to Dunkin' Donuts left me thoroughly impressed. The store was super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. What stood out was the service; my order was prepared quickly and served promptly. The cleanliness of the store also above average.
I was impressed with the young man at the window. Personable, professional and efficient. However, when I got home my stomach was upset for 3 hours.

Halloween (10/31) I went in to get the "spider donuts" for my preschool students and saw that the donuts looked horrible. They didn't look at all like the pictures online or on TV. I asked could I at least get a discount on 2 dozen and was told I could get a discount on 1.Yesterday (11/09) I called to get ten $1 gift cards for Thanksgiving cards for my students. They decorated coffee cup art and I was going to place the Dunkin gift card in the cup. "Aiesha" rudely told me that the store doesn't sell anything for $1. I said ok I still want it. She said, "that's fine but honestly why do you want it because again nothing in the store costs that little". I asked her WHY DO YOU CARE WHAT I WANT THE CARDS FOR? I called the store this morning and after speaking with the GM, I still wasn't satisfied that concern was felt or genuine. I wasn't offered donuts for my students, free coffee... NOTHING...lol.No worries and lesson learned. 7Brew across the street not only gave my little ones the ten $1 gift cards for their art, they also gave me another $15 gift card AND free coffee for staff for the troubles I had at your store.Sidenote: When all the parents at our school ask the teachers here what gift cards to get for the holidays, it will NOT be from Dunkin' Donuts!
