I stopped in to get my daughter a donut and a drink. There were four people standing around but no one to take and order. Not even a welcome or eye contact. They ignore you because they want you use their touch screens to order apparently. So I dug through the menu and was able to find the drink my daughter wanted but the chocolate glazed donut was nowhere on the list which seems odd because I could see half a tray of them. I finally had to wave someone down to order. I told my daughter I will happily drive the extra 10 min to Krispy Kreme if she wants donuts going forward.

My card was double charged and I called that same day and they said one of the charges would "fall off" and to wait until it goes through. Well it did not fall off and I was charged twice so I called again and they said they can't do refunds and seemed annoyed that I even called to ask again. How can a business that takes cards not give refunds? I was told to contact corporate who doesn't answer their phones either. My bank is disputing it for me. Dunkin's customer service was awful.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. The place is a complete dump. Nobody is managing that place they have no one is trained there properly and there is no night manager, if you need a refund forget it. The store manager Tammy Marshall is the most unhappy, rude, bitter, miserable Pathetic person I ever met. She yelling at her employees when they need helped I felt so bad for the young girl trying to take someone orders. I have no idea that woman is still a manager or how that place is still in business. Please don't go there. They are way better coffee places there.
