They need to teach their staff how to make a cup of coffee. I stopped going to this one because I got tired of throwing out my coffee and wasting money. The young staff, you can tell they hate their jobs, no smiles, no eye contact, etc.
I normally don’t leave reviews but (I use to work at dunkin) & My past experiences have been going down hill at the other location on new haven .. I came here this morning and was in and out the drive through very quickly all my drinks were made perfect and my food was good & HOT ! This is definitely gonna be my new stop every morning ! Thank you crew!
My community has a 1st Saturday of the month Coffee and Donuts social at our clubhouse for our residents and Dunkin is where we get our Donuts. Just wish there were coupons or discounts for seniors and/or Veterans to help with the cost of putting on this event.
