I go in there on Sundays and the lady that works there is an unhappy unhelpful short and rude. If she doesn't want to be there why is she still employed there. I noticed through many of the other reviews that the same rude lady who likes to lock the door because it's too busy continue to chase away business, and I wonder if the owner of this place really cares

I came into your establishment this weekend on Sat or Sunday and found myself locked in your store by your Manager Ms Debbie! I was proceeding to leave with my morning coffee and donuts and when I went to go push your door open my body and wrist slammed into the door. I turned around and I told the staff members it is illegal to have your doors locked during business hours, especially with guests inside. It is a fire hazard. The nice little old lady in front of me politely said that the door was locked because the manager didn't want any more people coming in it was too busy, the response I received from Miss Debbie in a very rude manner being yelled across all the rest of the patrons was that she could have locked the door before I came in to get my coffee!
I I'm hoping this review will result in this issue being rectified with the individual manager on duty to ensure the future safety of not only your employees but above all your guests especially with the uncertain times we live in these days.

I came here to pick up a dunkin order on July 15th at 11:46 am… Gesh no greeting or welcome to “Dunkin” even after I said Goodmorning! There is no customer service here. The big Spanish or Arab guy didn’t seal the bag for the order. Everyone seemed like they didn’t want to be there. It was horrible experience…

I love getting iced coffee with cold foam from Dunkin', but one thing consistently ruins the experience: one of staff member there hands me my drink by touching the rim, where I'm supposed to sip from. With cold foam, the whole point is to enjoy it on top, but having someone's fingers on the rim makes it unappetizing and unsanitary, especially after they've handled money. One may say, “ Just use a straw “, but Using a straw defeats the purpose of getting cold foam in the first place. A simple fix would be for staff to hold the cup by the side or bottom. It would make a big difference in the quality of the experience.

I just got Uber delivery and they screwed it up once again, they forgot a coffee and a coffee roll so I had to split my sandwich with my son. I live right up the street and go there all the time and they always screw it up not only that they are so unprofessional because I ate in there with my small child one time which I don’t recommend. The manager to this place is obviously lazy and does not give a damn!

So, a few things here that killed my want to come back to this Dunkin. For starters, the woman at the window did not look pleased, handed us our stuff and closed the window, not a SINGLE WORD was said to us. We get back home, and my girlfriend’s coffee was wrong, so she was not happy. She goes into the bags and we were missing an order of hashbrowns. Great, that was her food but now she gets a small bite of the one order. Whatever it happens, but then we go to my donuts and they are ALSO wrong. Yeah just complete negligence and extremely poor customer service. It’s the closest one to my house by 2 miles but I still won’t be going back.
Extremely rude staff and practicaly yelled at me. Because I kindly said that's not what I ordered. The manager in the purple shirt was very rude. Her people whom were around her was laughing at me because they made my order wrong. I get dunkin donuts practical everyday. This is the far rudest and unprofessional and extremely disrespectful customer service stay away from this location. They are plain out rude and disrespectful to their customers and she encourage her employees to be the same.

By far my most favvvvvvv Dunkin the manager or the head drive through that’s my girl !!! She’s so freaking pleasant to deal with regardless of the day she’s having I’ve always left with a smile & THEIR DONUTS ARE THE BEST AROUND !!!! No lie I always get a surprise donut it’s so fun like a present to myself and their donuts are always so soft !! 10/10 I go here every chance I get honestly she probably knows my coffee by heart 🤣🤣
