Nasty manager. Over charged for food I didn’t order. Giant truck blocking the entrance, forcing me to go down the drive through in the opposite direction (to give them room), or back out into oncoming traffic. Ridiculed at the window when picking up my food. Recommend another Dunkin’, hands down. Terrible experience.

we couldn't order due to their being yellow jackets all by the menu and trying to get into our car , and we have someone in the car that is deadly allergic , so we couldn't order sadly. when we pulled up too order the rest and the lady was very rude and had a attitude and proceeded to say “ we arent doing all of that “.

Dunkin' donuts is become extremely expensive. My wife and I got two little cups of coffee and a donut it was $9. That's a little exorbitant if he ask me.

Very disappointed with this location! Do not recommend. They will not be getting service from me again. I walked in and the person taking my order was a medium height skinny lady. Looked like she was supposed to be a manager. She didn’t make eye contact or use any form of communication while taking my order. Just a cold distant stare. Very poor customer service? There was no one behind me or in drive when I came, and I was served cold order of hashbrowns and asked for a new batch that was hot and she just stared at me without saying anything or apologizing, no smiling. I’ve worked in food industry I know how to interact with customers and this was the absolute opposite. Very disappointing. Also half their screens for their menu were down.

First time here. Used to drive thru. Our bagel minis were still cold on the inside, our bacon egg and cheese sandwich was burnt. There were not coconut doughnuts, but the vanilla frosted were good though.
Wonderful customer service, super fast and considerate and we're gonna come back!

I give 3 stars. Why because normally at any other Dunkin donuts I been to I get my order done correctly, I always literally get the same items. At this location I've asked specifically of what I wanted done and the employers didn't give me what I ordered or paid. Before you leave check your bag to see if they did your order correctly, I went through drive through and they charged for a pup cup at 75 cents, really, most Dunkin donuts I been to do not charge me for a pup cup. It's' also right off I-95 easy to get to when you're traveling throughout the state.
