The recent bad reviews don’t surprise me. Around 615 on Friday, I politely ask if the meat on the 6$ deal can be changed to Turkey sausage, and the girl just stares at me rudely like a zombie and says no . No problem with the answer being no, but it’s the lack of manners. Didn’t even say hello, how are you, will be with you in a second, Nothing.

Literally took 45 mins to get an order ahead, staff that WAS present were BEYOND SLOW, nobody seemed to show any sense of urgency, do yourself a favor and go to another DD, skip this one

My wife and I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts location on Saturday, Sept 27th at 11 am as we were heading out of town to West Palm Beach for the day. The manager on duty at that time greeted us with a smile as soon as we stepped in the door. She was in the middle of several others being served but wanted to make sure we were acknowledged. She took care of two other customers in front of us, helping them through their order quickly and efficiently, and her demeanour and personality were both at a high level. The atmosphere stayed joyful the whole time we were there. She was organising the other staff and ensured that people were being taken care of in order and in a timely manner. Our order came out as requested, everything was warmed up to perfection, and the cold brew was as I wished. The dining area was very clean as well, with a choice of seats for us. I will go out of my way to go there more often when I am nearby. It is a special place that i appreciate wholeheartedly. :)

As a daily Dunkin customer, I get the same drink every single day. I had to change from my fav location over to this location because of a job change. The entire year and a half that I have visited this location has been less than mediocre. The staff are kind for the most part but the coffee quality is terrible and acidic. This location has a crazy ability to make the same coffee with the same ingredients every time I order and it magically tastes different every freaking time. I have had to ask them to remake several times, I have been overcharged and to top it we pay extra for cold foam and they put barely 25¢ worth at the very top which dissolves by your third sip. I will not be back to this location, I will reroute my path for work to go elsewhere. (First picture shows their cold foam level vs every other Dunkin I go to in the second picture, which is how they advertise in all photos with cold foam and how it should be)

I have been coming to this Dunkin for a little over two years now. I have NEVER Had to go back and get my coffee remade. My coffee is always good no matter a different person brewing, the coffee or different bakers. It never fails. It’s always good.. I worked for Dunkin as a store manager for many years. They’re friendly here they’re nice here. I’ve never had anybody rude everybody says Have a good day. I mean, I have absolutely no complaints about this Dunkin and I’m honestly just surprised because I know how Dunkin is lol.

This happen August 15 at around 7:30am and still to this day I can’t believe that nasty employee that works here. She had on all black with black hair looking like a emo. She had the audacity to catch an attitude because the drink I paid for was nasty and they had to remake it more than 3 times. I appreciate the other girls for at least trying but that one with the black hair was DISGUSTING.
