I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich, it was absolutely disgusting, half cooked bacon, the bread wasn't toasted, and the sandwich as a whole tasted like cardboard. The lady who took our order sounded like she was about to hack up her lungs. Her nose was running and she was wiping her nose with her sleeve and hands. I guess this is what i get for going to a dunkin connected to a gas station, should've just went to chik-fil-a since they never disappoint.

Best Dunkin location hands down! The customer service is incredible every time, the staff is always so kind and they do such a great job! Additionally, my order is always accurate, quick, fresh, and delicious. If they are out of something, they always make it up with something even better! I come almost every day and they are always so consistent. I always drive a little further to go to this specific location ? great job!

These people here are amazingly kind
We have a handicap child They went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable
and even gave him free treats, even though we were telling them it’s not necessary
The whole time we were using their services they meant beyond our expectations to make sure our kids were OK
Kid-friendliness: They’re nice not to normal kids, but also two handicap children, which is very hard to find in this county sometimes

I was running to work, short on time, so I got a coffee and sandwich. An iced americano no less(ice, espresso, water; not hard). Counter lady was nice enough but she started making my drink and never finished before she started taking other customers and completely left it. Never acknowledged me at all either seeing I was waiting.
Before I could say anything to her, a gentleman working in the food prep went out of his way and stopped what he was doing to figure how to make it for me. I was perturbed at first about the drink but he was fantastic and hope he gets props. I would’ve liked to shout him out but did not have time to locate a manager.
It made my morning honestly with just a little bit of kindness and initiative. May I also say he made both the best sandwich and americano I have ever had from Dunkin’.
At 9:12 on 5/30/24(#1404) If a higher up wants to give him props, ask who made the guy in scrubs his americano today.
