The manager of this location—I believe her name is Alicia—is absolutely disgusting. The company she works under must not have had any better options. She’s constantly screaming as if her home life is awful. I sit in this location with some business partners and will hear her cursing her staff and then going outside to smoke and not washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting.

I had the most atrocious experience here. And I’m fully aware that whoever answered the phone and told me “Joanne” was working was lying. You all need to grow up, and find a different attitude. I expect to hear from a manager IMMEDIATELY. These employees BURNED our food, laughed about it, touched it, and then served it to us with amusement, and when we asked for a new bagel, they mumbled and complained in front of our faces. The food took absolutely insanely forever to come out, and these employees are more than unqualified and inadequate at the simplest task. As someone who works in food service, I’m appalled. I was told the girl who was rude ‘left’ the store, and she was still in there. Childish. Rude. Disgusting.

went to the dunkin on new haven near the i-95 exit on 7/17 around 3:45pm. every single person working was so helpful and friendly and efficient. i ordered a few things and every time i was given an item, it was handed to me by someone different. each person had their own light and welcoming attitude. i’m sorry i don’t remember anyone’s names. but the food and drink were bomb too!

I come here almost everyday during work and bring my dog - it’s the best dunkin around the area 100%! The one down the street doesn’t compare at all. Top tier customer service and some of the nicest people ever work there! Just had my drink spill (my dog did it) and she came out and gave me another drink, they’re the best! Never had a bad experience at this dunkin.

One of the worst dunkin donuts I've been to across the USA. The drivethru is slower than molasses. Today traffic was out on the road. I waited 10-15 minutes in line to order. My bagel barely had cream cheese on it. I chose to come here today instead of driving to the one on Wickham hoping getting there earlier today would be better. That was a joke. The only reason I didn't have words to say to the cashier was bc she was young and seemed completely unaware of her incredibly slow skills. She cannot multitask. It was literally one driver order and then they drive up to the window then next person waits while she takes their money. Then next person order. There was no urgency to service at a consistent pace. You could tell she was a nice person but probably not a good person for the drive thru window. And my dogs as well as my self were disappointed by the lack of cream cheese on the bagel. They waited patiently for the dropped cream cheese that I give them but there was none bc there was hardly any on the bagel.

Never have I ever been to a coffee shop that denies putting extra milk in your coffee. Every Sunday the same girl says she can’t do it yet I’ve been doing it for years AND I used to work here. The weekday staff is amazing but this one particular girl in drive through is rude.
I come here regularly, and the staff is always professional and courteous. I consistently receive excellent service. The manager is also very supportive and always steps in to help when needed. I definitely recommend coming here!”

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 3 years now, pretty much every morning. (I know it’s a lot)
However, EVERY TIME I walk in, the staff is so sweet! They smile and they greet me by name, my order is ready 90% of the time. It’s usually just a coffee, sometimes I get hash browns too, If it’s not ready (due to my own planning) it’s not a long wait at all, and I’m off to start my day.
I just wanted all the morning staff to know that I hate mornings, I always have and always will… but they make my day start out so positively and so much better. and things like that matter, so they need some recognition!

It was clean, had nice bathrooms, had good parking and it’s just off Route 95. The drive thru was busy and we had to wait a couple of minutes for counter service but that’s expected. This Dunkin’ has a conference space attached. I’ve never seen this before. It also has EV chargers from FPL which are the least expensive chargers I’ve found. Dunkin and EV chargers are a great idea. Charge up yourself as you charge up your car.
On long road trips we normally stop for breakfast at McDonalds but now that we drive an EV we look for places to charge our car while we get something to eat or drink. Dunkin’ breakfast choices are limited but better than McDonalds. We both had the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and coffee, which was excellent. I’ve added this to our favorite places to charge our car.
