The morning manger is trash I was sitting inside waiting for my husband to pick me up I have a few items with me and she marched up to and said if you not purchasing anything you have to get out! "Out" like a dog she started using her hand then she said "this is not a bus stop" SMH how rude I am also 8 months pregnant and I'm sitting in the cold 🥶

Alicia, the manager, is amazing. Today is my son's 12th Birthday. He doesn't like cake and always wants glazed donuts for his "cake." When I arrived, they were completely out. But Alicia snapped into action and said, "I can make a batch fresh for you!" She truly made my day....which will absolutely make my son's day! Thank you so much!!
Other trips before today are always pleasant. The staff is nice, the order is always correct.
Always quick drive thru lines. The staff is always very nice. I go here all the time and the drinks and food are consistant. The manager (Alisha?) has very good customer service too.

My food was good, as usual, my cashier was very sweet BUT I had a lot of issues with the manager that was on duty at this store at this time. As she was preparing food, she was stopping to scold an employee. She asked how the night went and when the young employee responded with “good”, the manager started berating her with “really well…” and just went on and on while the employee had a headset on so she couldn’t even respond. I understand having to speak to employees when things go wrong but a) do it in private where costumers can’t hear, b) be respectful and don’t belittle employees. The poor girl was almost in tears just trying to take orders from the drive through but this manager just kept scolding her which also took from her own task of making food. In short, I would have quit on the spot and I wanted to chew out that manager (but I was selfish and wanted my food ?, I’m sorry). Poor kid.
