Wow! 4 employees behind the counter... I waited by the register and was eventually told to order at the pickup area, stood there, listening to them talk amongst themselves, but never did get to place an order. Finally, I just walked out without being acknowledged.Parking: No customers inside.

Seemed to be a new cashier but her manager was hovering close by. They worked hard to keep everyone happy. The egg sausage croissant was incredible. The store was non stop busy but I still had a quiet seat to start my day.

I'm so pissed. Why am I getting charged an extra $0.50 for an additional swirl in my coffee? I didn't ask for extra anything. I've gone here daily for coffee and now I'm never going back because you are adding additional fees to my receipt that I'm unaware of. This is unacceptable for someone who goes there everyday. I will not be back. No wonder they never provide receipts.

Went thru drive-thru. Ordered peppermint mocha signature latte after a long wait in line. I get to the window wait another few minutes for them to give me the wrong drink order and I told them that wasn't what I ordered and instead of apologizing was told well that's what rung up again after another pause asked if I wanted the peppermint mocha. Well yes, I did pay for it. Made me park out front and manager brought me my coffee...btw missing the peppermint crumbles. Now may be just me but as the manager when you are bringing out a customer's order to an unhappy client to begin with shouldn't you make sure all the elements of the drink are there? Also in response to my displeasure of my experience was disregarded that she had a lot of new people. Maybe the new people should not be taking the orders at the busy time. This particular store always seems to be out of the toppings on their specials and should let the client know before the client pays for the drink.
