The manager was screaming at his crew when I walked in. … There was enough staff to complete orders in a timely fashion but they couldn’t… the guy on the cashier seemed to be doing all he can I’m sure everyone working there is….anyways it took 10 minutes for someone to even take my order. I was just standing at the register contemplating if I should stay or go. The. It took another 15 minutes to get the food, I had to ask for my money back and then it magically appears 1 minute later…the manger ditched the crew to pretend to work on his laptop or whatever he was doing, could’ve waited till after lunchtime rush. He left his crew hanging. More training and better management please .no apology for the wait just”heres your food” no “have a nice day”. Also how about if you make someone wait forever u give them some extra bacon on there sandwich or throw In A doughnut.

The customer service here is horrible. I’ve been here 3 times now and they are so rude. This is why I will continue going to Starbucks instead.

The floor is sticky and tables are dirty. When I order they don't ever seem to have certain items. The pumpkin spice latte I order taste like express no pumpkin spice in it. The staff seems to be lost at all times. I will never go there again.

Girl looked mad to be there and rude. Couldn't even put the lid on and rolling eyes because it spilled down my shirt. Coffee was old and highly doubtful they even wash properly. Donuts are squished in the bag. That's ridiculous.

This was our first time at this Dunkin' and we were so looking forward to having a fresh doughnut! We walked in at 7:00pm this past Friday night to find them mopping the floor and completely out of doughnuts, munchkins and any other food. We were so disappointed that they didn't have any doughnuts being that Dunkin' is known for their doughnuts and this being a brand new store.

Can't give a review on the food when they refuse to serve you. Went in this morning in the pouring rain because my daughter wanted a donut, the drive thru was packed but the lobby was open. When I walked in there was another customer getting served and the person behind the counter looked at me with disgust and said something to the other customer and they said "oh I should have locked the door behind me". I said you are open right. She said yes but the lobby is closed. They did not serve me or say anything else. So I left and will never go back. I felt disrespected and thought that it was very rude of them to treat a customer who was willing to get out in the pouring rain to get some donuts that way. I will warn every person I talk to to avoid the Dunkin donuts in Viera.

Just pulled up to the drive thru with two cars ahead of us. We then waited for ten minutes at the speaker without being greeted. This is terrible service on Dunkin’s part. Then again the Patel management team running these stores are incompetent and a joke.

the girl who’s whole belly was literally hanging out of her shirt wearing it like a crop top kept touching her back while making my drink, literally so rude. to start off, don’t rush me while ordering! your menu is barely there so if it takes my little brother a while (2 minutes) then so be it have some decency and be a good person!! second of all u rudely closing the window in our face was insane. then u go to make my drink and you’re like scratching ur back? under the shirt??? disgusting. pls do better.

I am sad I did not get the young lady name today (8/25/24) when I went through Drive thru today around 3pm but I wanted to give a shout out not only did she great with a beautiful smile but also recommended the liquid sugar and even remade my Refresher using it! She was so kind to make the suggestion and even offer to remake with the liquid sugar!

This was great customer service and the best drive thru experience! Thank you for the Refresher and for this amazing employee!
