I’ve put off writing this view for a very long time because ya know benefit of the doubt. But this is a well deserved one star review all because of the terrible attitudes of the workers at this location. Constantly rude and playing games with the customers that come here. To the owner of this location, you are losing money and business by keeping bad employees employed. I work in the service industry I know we all have bad days but every single time myself or my husband comes here to get breakfast for our son we are always treated so terribly. We will never return here. Today was the last straw over months of making up excuses for the meanness of these employees. To the owner of the business you really need to reevaluate and look at all the one star reviews. There is a common denominator.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin, but over the last few weeks it has gone downhill. Not sure if they got new management or not, but the customer service is terrible. Drive thru is super long, and when you get to the window you have to repeat your order several times. They give you one item and then dismiss us, and I have to consistently remind them I have more orders. Then the staff is rude and all I want is to get the order I paid for.Like I said, this Dunkin USED to have incredible service but the last few weeks it’s absolutely ridiculous

Their cream filled donuts, especially the chocolate cream filled are a major disappointment!! Hardly ANY Chocolate Cream filling in them!!Their white Cream Filled donuts have what I expected!!!!

Customer service was good. Good was good.My only issue is the order box area.We went through the drive-thru on a rainy day and the order box had no covering to shield one from the elements, which made it difficult to order without being rained on.

The Service here is horrible. I have had a few bad experiences here where they usually are out of everything including food not just donuts... but today was the worst I would say. I got to where you order and the woman who takes the order said to hold on...while she argued with her employees for 10 minutes.I heard every thing and it was bad. After I realized how long I was waiting I said "Hello?" she then gave me attitude and told me to hold on again. I left after another 2 minutes. The line was to the street at that point.

I visited this location back in August 2022 on the way down to South Florida. My coffee tasted terrible. My Dad said the same thing about his coffee. To be fair, though, this location was severely understaffed at the time. There was only one employee working there when I went.

The staff here is incomprehensibly rude, to the point that it’s cruel. There is one employee specifically, “Dev” or “Deb”, who in the 3 chances I gave this location, has repeatedly yelled at me, argued with me about what I ordered, argued with me that matcha “is not green tea”, the list goes on. Additionally, staff is nonstop talking poorly and insulting customers within earshot of said customers. Another staff nearly threw my food out the drive thru window, saying “this *is* all your food, isn’t it?”I’m not usually one to complain or ask to speak to a manager. But after the THIRD time I was disrespected and spoken down to while behaving kindly, I spoke to the manager who thankfully refunded my order. That said, reading all of the reviews stating how horrible the staff is and that there’s always a manager there, yet still staff is exceptionally rude- we will not be back.

Uninspired donuts. Service was okay. They got my coffee order all wrong, but I was still half asleep to notice until I had my third sip. Ordered a latte and got a black coffee. Either way, it helped get my morning started. Not sure if I'll be back . ?

The building had about 5 guests in it compared to 7 employees, my girlfriend and I ordered an iced latte and took a seat. They were calling drinks out and we did not hear them call ours. One of the employees starts yelling at us about how we need to stop being “lovey dovey” and listen up for our order in a very rude tone and then proceeded to talk bad about us to the other employees right in front of us. When I brought this up to the manager she said “well it’s busy so it’s frustrating when people don’t listen” they gave us maybe 1 call out before yelling at us, and it was not busy, there were more employees than customers.
