I was unfortunate to be served by a lady, in her 40s I assume who was extremely rude. We just asked what the types were and she said oh just hurry up. I appreciate that the type of people working here may not be top employees and they won't see most of the customers again. Surely Dunkin realise that people buy their products elsewhere so would want to give customers a good experience everywhere.

I loved their maple donuts, the sandwiches were great and balanced as well, I would recommend this place for donut cravers and sandwich critics

The young lady working the evening shift on December 7th to help the customers out because their credit card chip was broken she went over and above a big thank you to her

I try every once in a while and is disappointed every time! The people are rude and the coffee is no favor water or a cup of sugar. Don’t waste your time just go to Starbucks if you wanna pay for a $5-$7 drink at least they do it right most the time. Nothing like wake up to get coffee before work and having to throw it away because it’s undrinkable.

Yikes… while I tried taking into account that it was a very early flight (5:10am take off) o can’t shake off how bad not just my own bit how terrible everyone’s experience was this morning. Every single person left the line shaking their heads in disappointment. I’m 6 months pregnant and ordered a small decaf latte- got a medium not decaf. Fullllll of caffeine. They clearly have inventory issues- told multiple customers things like: out of sourdough, out of small cups, out of NAPKINS… come on. Just a really poorly executed morning it seems. Management either needs to step in, or step up…

Nancy at Dunkin’ at Orlando Melbourne Airport was 10/10 AMAZING !.
Firstly her customer service was exceptional, she went above and beyond and the food she made for us far exceeded our expectations.
This was our first ever time trying Dunkin’ and myself and children loved it.

Service was so slow. Serve a customer, disappear for two minutes. Serve the next customer. Repeat. Forgot to include part of our order.
Worker was very rude when asked if they were open. Would have just taken no we are not open yet but had to be sarcastic.
Being pleasant in customer service is gone these days.
Good cheap for the airport - drinks fairly priced compared to other airport shops - service good
muffins/ other food very dry

Had a detour on the way to Miami and we deplaned for about an hour to stretch and this was the only place the passengers could eat so the line was long! However they maintained their composure and kept great customer service despite how busy it got and it was only two people working. The lady made my latte so quickly and smiled when she gave it to me and so did the young man making the food. They communicated with customers so politely and I appreciate the patience in this team. Great job!

Ordered two simple bagels, one should never have been served. Disgusting, not cooked or raised properly. Poor quality that is acceptable.

The donuts were stale. They should not have sold them to anyone.
