Had a detour on the way to Miami and we deplaned for about an hour to stretch and this was the only place the passengers could eat so the line was long! However they maintained their composure and kept great customer service despite how busy it got and it was only two people working. The lady made my latte so quickly and smiled when she gave it to me and so did the young man making the food. They communicated with customers so politely and I appreciate the patience in this team....
I'm a Dunkin fan and frequent traveler so let me just say I appreciate the great crew working here. Always smiles and quick to serve despite the unending lines. Thank you Nancy and others at the airport location.
