Ordered a blueberry bagel with honey , got a blueberry muffin , told the clerk and she proceeded to make a blueberry bagel with cream cheese . Coffee was cold and had to be remade . Terrible. Einstein’s used to have good products and good service . What happened ???

WONDERFUL bagels and bagels sandwiches. Tasty combinations and ingredients. Far better than the old 'stodge bomb' bagels of my childhood. Served by friendly, energetic, and fun staff! The restaurant was clean, orderly, and exactly what a bagels diner should be. I'll be back!

I just have S. coffee And bagel with two eggs on a bagel texas style 🙈 the price was $13.5 😡, Yesterday I went to bagel Joe's down the street , i have bagel with 2 eggs sunnyside up on the grill ( yummy )plus vegetables and cream cheese and tomato s. coffee i pay $ 8.50

I’m from the NY area & have to say Einstein makes the the best tasting bagels in Melbourne. I like to support mom & pop shops, but so far haven’t found any that are worthy. The staff is decent. Some look like they don’t enjoy their job. The inside is very clean. My impression is the franchise owner does the minimum, with a primary goal of maximizing profits.
