No issues with paying astronomical price, for that which is agreed upon. However, nearly $9 later, for an everything bagel, butter, cream cheese and an OUNCE of lox? An ounce of lox. Twice asked if a 2nd ounce was desired. Not if an ounce of lox is given. Nope! Not even 7 grams of lox. Did not even cover 3/4 of the bagel. A digital scale for the fun of it….. Could be felt as rather disappointing. However, non the less, a facade. Becoming the common practice of franchises to mislead, give less, charge more and give no regard. 1st, last and only encounter with Einstein Bro Bagels. Enjoy the success. Xoxoxoxo

The prices are definitely a little higher for fast food. But the quality is there. I really enjoy the asiago bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. And I get two eggs. This fills me up for half of the day. The coffee is quality as well. I really taste the fresh brewedness every time I get an iced coffee.

Second time at this location (6:30am) and the team and service is great!
Ordered a blueberry bagel with honey , got a blueberry muffin , told the clerk and she proceeded to make a blueberry bagel with cream cheese . Coffee was cold and had to be remade . Terrible. Einstein’s used to have good products and good service . What happened ???

WONDERFUL bagels and bagels sandwiches. Tasty combinations and ingredients. Far better than the old 'stodge bomb' bagels of my childhood. Served by friendly, energetic, and fun staff! The restaurant was clean, orderly, and exactly what a bagels diner should be. I'll be back!
