Fiesta Azteca on Hwy 192

Only had one female and one male working in the whole restaurant. It showed.
Sadly, the place is really rundown now. Menu's are ratty, literally falling apart as you open it.
We used to love this place. After 10 minutes of no one serving us, no chips, drinks, nothing, we got up and left.

If you’re anywhere near Melbourne and not eating at Fiesta Azteca, you’re doing life wrong… and possibly making Beavis and Butt-Head levels of bad decisions.
The food is unreal. Case in point: the chicken nachos. These things show up looking like they were built by an architect who majored in cheese distribution. Perfectly seasoned chicken, melted cheese everywhere, toppings stacked so high you briefly wonder if you should’ve brought backup. Every bite is a crunchy, cheesy masterpiece. If Beavis and Butt-Head were sitting next to me, they’d be giggling, pointing, and saying “heheh… nachos” between bites. And honestly? Same.
Now let’s talk about the tequila — because Fiesta Azteca clearly believes tequila should do something. Their margaritas are strong, smooth, and sneak up on you like, “Hey, remember when this was your first one?” These are the kind of drinks that turn a normal dinner conversation into laughing way too hard at jokes that aren’t even that funny. (Again… Beavis and Butt-Head energy.)
The staff is fast, friendly, and always on point, the chips and salsa are bottomless (dangerous), and the vibe is upbeat without trying too hard. You’ll walk in hungry and leave full, happy, and possibly quoting old MTV cartoons on the way to the car.
Five stars. Would eat the chicken nachos again. Would trust the tequila again… probably. 🌮🍹😆

We got enchiladas meals and an order of chips and salsa as a carry out order.
The styrofoam containers contained enchiladas, beans, and rice. The enchiladas were very wet and mixed with the beans, it was soupy. Too wet for my preference, however maybe some people like that. I also didn’t care for the salsa, it was more of a tomato sauce, in my opinion. I will give the place another try and get something else, like tacos. Although my first try wasn’t enjoyable, I always give places a second or third try.

Christian Andres was wonderful, very quick with service. Attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was comforting and delicious. Will come again. I feel like more people need to come, sit down and enjoy some authentic tequila and tacos especially the soup. Food was to die for.

The taste and quality of the food here are unbeaten. The fried items (including the tortilla chips) don't taste toxic like many places; clearly high quality oil. THE BEST HORCHATA IN FLORIDA, I SWEAR! also we're obsessed with the chimichangas: the stuff of dreams!
