I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your establishment. This was my first time at your venue, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I must say that I found the customer service skills of the bartenders to be lacking. It was evident that one of the staff members, a young lady, was more interested in socializing than attending to the customers. I observed her taking shots with the DJ, and later, she was sitting at the bar smoking her vape. It was unclear if she was a bartender, as she did not exhibit the professionalism one would expect.
Moreover, I was surprised that no one offered me the option of ordering food during my visit. Additionally, I was taken aback when one of the bartenders had to taste my drink twice before serving it to me, only for it to be disappointingly weak.
Furthermore, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, considering the quality of service and ambiance. Paying $35 for three drinks in an environment where the TV at the bar was not even tuned to any program felt like a poor value for money.
I believe that providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards are crucial to the success of any establishment. I trust that you will address these concerns to enhance the overall experience for your patrons.

We enjoyed $2 taco Tuesday. We tried the shrimp and beef. Both were pretty good. Enjoyed table side guac which tasted good but not made table side. Wife got seared ahi and enjoyed it. Not very many patrons. Good luck, Fiesta!
