I get a hook n ladder at least 3 times a month maybe more.. and I always ask for extra pickles which I am happy to pay extra for.. On some I get charged but no extra pickles.. only 1 time i actually got the extra pickles.. and today.. got me a sub.. and they ignored my request again for extra pickles!!! What's up with the service there? Are they just lazy? They charge me but don't deliver!!! Please talk to you staff the IF you're going to be asked for extra pickles and you are being charged them damn it.. give the customer what they ordered!!!!!!!!!

1st time at this location, And definitely will be the last... Wife & I walked in at 8:32 and the female worker immediately asked if we were picking up an order. And her next words were we are getter ready to close. Hours on door said oper till 9 The the other female worker that took our order. Wasn't any more pleasant than the 1st..

Ordered the Thanksgiving turkey sub, and paid for the gravy. Gravy was not in the bag, when i got back to work. A little disappointing.

This location must have a staffing issues or something.. have been there on 3 separate times in the last month and haven’t been able to order yet.. they don’t allow you to walk in and order… either they need more staff of better training… crazy to turn away business

Ordered two subs. One suppose to been a cold sub and the other a hot sub. They made both subs cold. Only 1 was asked to be a cold sub. When arrived home that is when I noticed my sub was cold as well. I did call back it's raining so I wasn't about to come back out to return the sub. The worker that answered the phone said it was a miss understanding (smh). I don't understand how when one was ASKED to be a cold sub. She didn't take down my name or asked if there is something she could do. So I hung up.
Absolutely the worst Firehouse in Brevard. Last week it took over 40 minutes to get a sandwich — and it was served cold. How does that even happen? Gave them another chance today, and again… a cold sandwich that should have been hot. I’m done wasting time and money here. If you want decent food served right, eat somewhere else.

Jess. The employee Jess. Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Ordering my sandwich asking the manager to “can u please not forget to add the mushrooms because u guys always forget, im sorry” I tried being so nice to not seem rude of course I just want my mushrooms, then Jess very loudly comments in a rude and tone attitude “ we forgot them one time” and starts talking trash under her breathe right in front of me and the manager. The manager lady says nothing to Jess and I tell Jess very calmly “can you please not be rude” and she proceeded to argue with me I had to repeat myself and she continued??? I was so polite and this lady was just rude for no reason. Lost my appetite asked the manager to pack it up please I can’t eat it, opened it only to find Jess who made my sandwich added 3 1/2 mushrooms. On top of it SOAKED the sandwich in mayonnaise. It was disgusting. Been coming here every week for my lunch ordering the same exact sandwich for months never has this happened I’ve always ordered extra sauce and they always give extra but never has the sandwich been DRENCHED in so much mayonnaise it’s inedible. I literally had to toss it.

We walked an hour before closing. There was one worker that had her hair dyed pink, it was up in a ponytail. She also wore glasses. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in. I asked the other girl why does she have an attitude? She said I don't think anyone had an attitude. But when my husband asked for a cup for sauces she said, im about to scream and go off! But that's not an attitude?
