Jess. The employee Jess. Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Ordering my sandwich asking the manager to “can u please not forget to add the mushrooms because u guys always forget, im sorry” I tried being so nice to not seem rude of course I just want my mushrooms, then Jess very loudly comments in a rude and tone attitude “ we forgot them one time” and starts talking trash under her breathe right in front of me and the manager. The manager lady says nothing to Jess and I tell Jess very calmly “can you please not be rude” and she proceeded to argue with me I had to repeat myself and she continued??? I was so polite and this lady was just rude for no reason. Lost my appetite asked the manager to pack it up please I can’t eat it, opened it only to find Jess who made my sandwich added 3 1/2 mushrooms. On top of it SOAKED the sandwich in mayonnaise. It was disgusting. Been coming here every week for my lunch ordering the same exact sandwich for months never has this happened I’ve always ordered extra sauce and they always give extra but never has the sandwich been DRENCHED in so much mayonnaise it’s inedible. I literally had to toss it.

We walked an hour before closing. There was one worker that had her hair dyed pink, it was up in a ponytail. She also wore glasses. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in. I asked the other girl why does she have an attitude? She said I don't think anyone had an attitude. But when my husband asked for a cup for sauces she said, im about to scream and go off! But that's not an attitude?

Avoid this store. Ordered delivery, order showed up incomplete. I called the store and spoke with with manager who responded “It’s through Uber eats, not out fault.” Then she changed the story and said that the reason the order was incomplete was they were out of the item we ordered but there should have been a substitute. I said there was no substitute and we were back to the “not out fault.” Well who prepared it? Manager refused to refund for the missing items or to have a substitution sent. So in the end it was $31 for a medium sub and a small sub.
If I could write a six star review I would for this team. I went to the firehouse sub north of this location and they wouldn’t honor an email i got for Bogo promo because my name didn’t match. I went to this location and the team was spot on. I showed them the email and they honored it. Not only were they professional but the food was great and the service was quick. Rock star team at this location. I would recommend this location any time. Awesome staff, the all deserve a raise. 6 stars! Thanks for making my day!

Veterans Day 2024. I came to Firehouse tonight because I saw there was a Veterans Day special. This is my local Firehouse and I eat here about once a month, usually no problem but I almost walked out tonight because of the bad attitude of the employee who took my order. She wasn’t rude, just not smart. Making complaints about how busy they were because of Veterans Day and that “the owner was pissed because he was losing money” in the Veterans deals. I offered to leave and go somewhere else but she said “no, it’s fine.” No thank you for your service. No thank you for your order. Just complaining about her own issues. As I was waiting for my food, there wasn’t the usual “Welcome to Firehouse” by the staff, the same employee (no name tag, so I didn’t get her name) just said “It will be a fifteen minute wait.” To new customers. Definitely not the usual professional and friendly attitude I typically witness at a Firehouse. Very disappointing. Employees vocally complaining even discussing how bad this day was. I definitely didn’t feel appreciated and celebrated as a Veteran. I probably won’t come back for a long time.

Everytime we’ve gone the last 6 months I can’t take more than 2 bites with out being disgusted. Whoever is making the sandwich is pouring all the water from the paper into the sandwich rather than removing the meat from the paper and putting in out the bread. So don’t be surprised when the bottom bread is completely waterlogged. It’s take 5 extra seconds to do a good job.
