!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!
On November 6th, we placed an order for two subs and six cookies through uber. The only thing they got right were two of the six cookies. My sub came with tomatoes, I said NO tomatoes. No olives on the Italian. They ran out of ham so my hook and ladder was just a turkey sub, also no cheese. No dressings or sauces were put on either of the subs. Both dry. No side pickles, even after the uber driver had to call and inform us they were out of ham so we said that’s fine and jokingly asking for an extra side pickle, the driver was informed that “it comes with a side pickle”. No it does not, it rarely comes with a side pickle when the order is through uber and through this firehouse. We threw out the 4 chocolate chip cookies they sent since oatmeal raisin is the only one we eat. When I called and explained what happened to the manager she said “well we’re closed” and when I told her whoever made the subs was worthless as an employee, she got defensive so I’m pretty sure it was her. Worst firehouse I’ve dealt with. I now trust the pre made sandwiches at Walmart over this firehouse. DO NOT GO HERE! Try the one at 1080 Wickham Road.

I understand the training, but when the entire place is filled with smoke to the point where you can barely breathe and the cashier can't count money, the manager should really be stepping in to fix these issues. I'll take the drive to the one in front of Walmart from now on.

New French Dip Sub was delicious. Funny thing was the dip was also tasty but actually took away from (diluted) the taste of the sub. Saved it for a nice crusty toasted baguette for dipping later.
