I understand the training, but when the entire place is filled with smoke to the point where you can barely breathe and the cashier can't count money, the manager should really be stepping in to fix these issues. I'll take the drive to the one in front of Walmart from now on.

New French Dip Sub was delicious. Funny thing was the dip was also tasty but actually took away from (diluted) the taste of the sub. Saved it for a nice crusty toasted baguette for dipping later.

How do you go lower than 1 srtar? I received an email from Firehouse subs today stating name of the day for BOGO is Bobby, Gordon, Rachel, Anthony, Julia, or Guy. I dove to my local Firehouse subs (4100 N Wickham Rd #107, Melbourne, FL 32935), who I order from 1 time a week to be told my name doesn’t match the name of the day. Apparently, your ID has to match exactly what is stated on the offer. Bob doesn’t work, it must be Bobby. I asked to speak with the manager Ashley who blew me off and said sorry. After leaving, I called corporate, which took hours. While on the phone with corporate they asked me to connect with the manger to discuss; the manager on the phone would not give me her name and hung up me 2 times. This location is a joke, and they will not even speak with their corporate office. I will never buy from them again and recommend no one does either. They truly don’t care about their customers and treat them horribly. Good luck going If you have a complaint, they will ignore you and screw over. Pass this to shut them down.

Excellent food. Out visit could have gone better. One of our meals with a dairy allergy had an error and was taken back as expected. The fix was forgotten about leaving my son without food for about 20 minutes. Apologies were given as expected.

I ordered over the phone for the very first time and specifically asked for no cheese and no onions on two sandwiches to be picked up. Receipt showed correct order, but cheese and onions were on the sandwiches. The person who answered the phone indicated the person making wanted to leave and was in too big of hurry to do it right. Cheese makes my grandson sick! How do I get melted cheese off?? I won't be ordering again! First time ordered = fail.
