Brought my sister here for brunch for her 21st birthday. We love first watch and normally the service and food is great. It was unbearably cold where we were sat. A staff member even said “yeah it’s always cold over here but it’s extra today, I don’t know how you guys are standing it.” Someone from management needs to fix this issue. We were literally shivering! And no one offered for us to move. The honey crunch coffee was the highlight of the of the meal. Multiple...
