I stopped in Five Guys a couple of days ago and their grill was down. Manager said it'd be about 15 minutes, that I really didn't have. I stopped back in today, cause I was craving one of their hamburgers & fries. I was impressed that the manager actually remembered me from 2 days ago. I have to give him a huge thanks because he comped my meal & he didn't have too. That is great customer service. By the way, the burger & fries were also great, served quickly, and the store is very clean.

The hamburgers made on time and mounted to your taste, which are the brand of the franchise, remain very tasty, the fried potatoes, cut by hand and always fresh and crispy are great. The courtesy peanuts, addictive... The bathrooms were clean and the attendants friendly and patient, even in the face of so many options to make the requests....

Food is worth 5 stars but the fact that I have to refinance my home to buy lunch is ridiculous! They need to lower there prices adleast 25% then there wouldn’t be a burger spot to compete with them

Absolutely no regard for customers. Been a lifetime customer but tonight I wasn’t hungry. My kids were all thirsty though as we were driving down to Florida and needed to charge our car near the restaurant. I wanted 4 water cups for each one of them but didn’t want to be a jerk so I ordered a large drink as well. He gave me the tiny water cups they give dine in clients. The employee wouldn’t let me get a normal drink cup even if I only wanted water due to “company policy.” I asked how much he would charge for those large cups with water and he wanted $13. Literally asked him if he feels alright charging me $13 for water and he blamed the company. Told him his boss would understand him giving 4 5 cent cups to a customer who paid for a large coke and got water instead. Ended up walking away because he didn’t want to give us the water in the large cups. If management if curious who this worker was, pony tail guy with the thin beard. I’ve always had great experiences here and I think this is why Tesla chose to put the charging stations near them but this dude was something else. Thai restaurant a few stores down was amazing and gave me all of them for free. That’s the service I expected here.

Order placed online and told 5-8 minutes, drove straight there and 15 minutes later, no Order. Told 3 employees called out, so they have no back up? $30 for 2 bugers and fries, you gotta do better. Don't mind paying for good food and service, but this was unacceptable. Premium cost, sound equal Premium Product and service.
Delicious burger,as usual. Atmosphere was clean. Service was super friendly. The only downside was the sticker shock. Two little cheeseburgers, 1 medium fry and 1 fountain soda costing over 30 dollars. Sadly this is the reason I deny these delicious burgers except for special occasions.

Called hamburgers and burnt french fries for a $28 lunch is ridiculous. I order on line at 11:45 my boss went in at 12:05 and had to wait an additional 20 mins and the burgers are cold and fries are burnet. never again!!!!!

New to the Area.
My wife and father in law just picked up dinner from this 5 guys.
Very disappointing 5 guys experience.
Small Fries was maybe half a cup, no bag fries.
The burgers all lacked lettuce, including limited lettuce in the burger bowl for our GF Grandma.
Also the bowl had mushrooms, which she hates and specifically called out No Mushrooms.
The burgers tasted great, as always, the most disappointing part is they are near my new house and was excited to have a 5 guys so close.
With this level of quality and portion control, looks like I found the bad one in town. I recommend you look elsewhere unless you value overpaying for the smallest quantity of 5 guys you’ve ever gotten in 15 years of Supporting this business.

Don’t come here with a $100 bill! There is no sign posted that they don’t accept if bills. First time coming here and will not be returned due to poor business practices and unprofessional/unbecoming attitude of staff. The staff thought they should talk about it denying a customer with cash. All males behind the counter, definitely won’t refer to them as men because of their catty behavior. The burgers were greasy and the fries were mushy, plus over salted. Good music and good patrons is the only reason for 2 stars.
