My first time there. Not just friendly toast, friendly staff and prices too! Today’s lunch special was so good I’ll be thinking about it for a while.

Best food and service in town. Friendly Toast is my favorite restaurant for a homemade breakfast or lunch. The owner Kristy, and the ladies Amanda and Dina are very attentive and always ready to to make sure everything is great and that we have a smile on our face. Thank you Friendly Toast team for always giving us happy service and great food.

I've been away for 20 years, in the past this was a place I would frequent on beach side. I came in today July 25th for lunch, was seated and waitress got my drink, I sat there looking at menu. The waitress never returned to my table to take order, she stood talking to other employees as I turned around trying to let them know I was ready to order. 2 workers and the waitress all looked right at me, looking at them. I was trying to get their attention, but was ignored. So I got up and walked out and went to another restaurant. IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL, so no excuse.

Response to reply: I'm encouraged at your response, and see you take pride in your business, I will give it another try however I'll decline the offer for a free meal, I prefer to pay for myself. I'm just funny like that. If all is good next time, I'll change this review.

Good food, good staff, classic cafe atmosphere with fun signs, etc. on the walls. Seating could be more comfortable. Was nice for a relaxing breakfast.

Breakfast was fast and the service was by folks well worthy of my twenty dollar Federal Reserve Note. Note: grits are of the firm, mounded, fluffy variety and arrive in a cute little bowl, HOT and erupting with melted butter!
