Frittabox nuh nahmal. Rolled in yesterday with no expectations and left fully satisfied. The food was awesome. Clean eating. I’ve had the chickpeas and plantain, delish!! The chicken and plantain and the all natural drinks. I’ve tried limeade and my favorite so far is Mellopine. They are great! Oh , let me not forget the pumpkin stew and veg stew. I’m trying everything. This Wednesday is curried goat. ????I plate lasts me for 2 meals. The owners are great and very informative.

First time in and thrilled to find a place that caters to health and taste!! This is REAL food! They use coconut oil to fry which is one of the only oils that doesn’t go rancid when heated too high.I got the MangoSop juice, Turkey sausage and chickpea fritters and vegetable stew!!The juice is like eating a real mango and having soursop is an added bonus as that is a cancer fighter!!
