Gators is an excellent restaurant. It's food is outstanding, especially the delicious appetizers and seafood entrees. I've been recommending Gators Dockside to friends and family for years. The service is always excellent, atmosphere intimate and friendly.
I have been to this bar twice first i was served by Michealla and then last night by Hope. Both of these experiences were great their grilled wings are top tier and these girls are so kind and have actual conversations with you highly recommend.
I have been going here since they first opened. Lately, service has gone very downhill. I don't know if they are understaffed, but the waitresses seem to just disappear for long periods of time. The food is inconsistent with some dishes being cold. I'm pretty sure food sits in the kitchen too long waiting for a server. They are developing a consistent pattern of bad service.
