Past few pickup orders have been pretty disappointing. Food is either over seasoned or under seasoned. They now barely will give you any biscuits (2 with a $50 order) and those biscuits have been rock hard the past two times. Definitely not one of our favorite to go restaurants anymore unfortunately.
👍😄Went on Easter and they were very busy but very courteous and only had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The wait staff was on top of things and the Easter special of turkey, ham, dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, biscuits and pecan pie were hot and delicious. Great prices and good food and good service.
They have the best breakfast and cheap. All different items you can choose from.
Been eating at Cracker Barrel for over 30 years. Love the food casual atmosphere and big menu. Are there yesterday (Friday,) and had the Friday fish fry with greens and French fry’s. Everything was delicious as usual. My wife had the Chicken and dumplings and was very happy with her meal. The biscuits are always great and we both love the blackberry jelly. Only negative is they don’t like to give you a big to-go cup! Drop the “woke” BS and keep it like it is?
Lots of treasures to be found. Beautiful decor and clothing. Fun things for the kids.
Crackle Barrel used to be our goto for home style prepared food while traveling or just a weekend visit from home. Not anymore. You've made changes in your menu and food preparation that leaves us second thinking about a next visit. The Chicken Fried Chicken was my wife's favorite but the dried crusty she was served not. The breast used to be hand tenderized flat, coated , fried, and covered in gravy. Your new preparation of leaving the chicken whole makes it tough. Our server forgot her gravy to boot and then brought out the sawmill white when she had requested brown gravy. My sweet potato was half done, needed about 15 minutes more in the oven. And to have been charge 2.19 extra just for the ball of cold cinnamon butter too. I'll admit the grilled catfish was very good. Also the Coke a Cola Chocolate cake was well portioned and tasty. As it should be for the price. Thankfully it was free through use of a coupon we had from our last less than perfect visit a while back. Also the cornbread rolls were very tasty too. All in all $38.75 was more that we think this meal was worth. Better luck next time.
Love the items they have!

Great breakfast
Great experience. Our server was top-notch. We had country ham, country fried steak, and chicken burger. Serving sizes were above average. Even our 5ft 9in 14yo grandson was unable to finish his massive chicken burger. Cost was decent with the three meals costing $55. Well worth the headache of heading to the 'Avenues' for lunch!
Always great
Good job
Cool store.
