Hell ‘n Blazes Brewing absolutely blew us away. We came in with a very large family group after my uncle’s funeral, and the staff handled everything flawlessly. Our servers worked incredibly hard, kept drinks coming, and were kind and attentive the whole time.

The catered food was outstanding—wings, roast beef sliders, Asian meatballs, bruschetta, plus Carolina gold and buffalo sauces with big bowls of ranch and blue cheese so everyone could customize. The trays stayed full and hot, which is not easy with a crowd that size.

The space itself is fantastic: a cozy, well-decorated taproom, a small private room to the left of the bar, and down the hallway a back game room with free electronic games, darts, and a jukebox, plus a view into the brewery through big windows. Beer was excellent, food was excellent, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. Highly, highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back for a regular night out.

We hosted a private event in the Vault and we had a wonderful experience. We had more guests than anticipated and our server handled it with grace. The food was complimented by all the guests, the room was perfect bc people could come and go as they liked, and the staff were all very kind. Compliments to the chef and the serving staff - Thank you all for making my moms surprise 70th birthday wonderful.

Had the Smoked Pumpkin Habanero, a sweet cherry wood smoke with a subtle pumpkin spice but hold on to your shorts, habanero is the show and Unholy Communion, typically Belgian spices with wine barrel and cedar staves. Delicious.
Wife had a delicious Pineapple cider and a delicious Berliner Weiss with coconut. She’s not a beer drinker but had to have more.
Food was excellent! Had the Ringer burger and she had the HnB Turkey club. Over the top.

Went to this place last night and I’d walked by it so many times. The food was amazeballs! We had the poutine appetizer and the Brisket with gravy was out of this world Smokey, savory, and finger licking good. Also ate the Drunken Chicken which was an amazingly moist breaded chicken thigh. Phenomenal taste and the portions for both items were big enough to share. Loved the Buzzing Beer and the Huggins. Can’t wait to go back!

Stopped by for lunch today and me and my wife couldn't be happier, the food and beer were fantastic and I could tell the staff genuinely cared about us, something that is invaluable. Jaden and Emily did everything they could to keep us happy, and we couldn't be more thankful. We will definitely be coming back!!!

I love this place. Been coming here since it opened. If you like an IPA, the Causeway is perfect. Since they began serving food, it was obvious the quality of the foods was perfect. The craft beers, brewed on the premises, are excellent, the wines are great and the food is amazing.

Every now and then the universe gives you a perfect experience and that is what happened your first visit to this brewery! Aiden and Jayden took excellent care of us… the beers were absolutely phenomenal. We sampled many and enjoyed every single one! We are a bit snobbish on craft beers and this place hit all our top marks! We ordered the brisket burger with onion rings and it was recommended to try the barbecue sauce with it by Jaden. Honestly, it was absolutely fabulous. All of their sauces are homemade, including the honey mustard in the ranch dippy’s that we got. We had the privilege to meet the brewmaster and we had to shake his hand because he has done a phenomenal job. This will be a must go to anytime we are in Melbourne and I’ve also let the family know this is a must stop for them as well! 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The highlight of the night was the espresso martini. The poutine is usually great, but it came out with congealed warmish gravy and giant chunks of fat. The $23 drunken chicken came with 1/2 a chicken breast. Inflation is, apparently, hitting this place more than most. The drinks were very good, but @ $15, they should be. My wife says we’ll never be back.

We recently visited this restaurant while traveling out of town to visit family. As needing to satisfy vegan and gluten free needs we were excited to see both options on the menu. However, the menu was expensive and limited in both options. I ordered the beyond burger, but without a gluten free bun I ended up paying $23 for a vegan meat patty that was over a small bed of arugula. Then to find out that they recently began cooking their fries in beef tallow, so that wasn’t even an option as a side. This was NOT stated on the menu, so luckily our waitress was forthcoming enough to bring this to our attention. This is so disappointing as a vegan who wants to enjoy a meal with an Omni family, fries are often the only thing on the menu that are an option. Overall a let down of an experience. The beverages were good.

Vegetarian options: They cook their fries now in beef tallow but this is NOT stated on the menu!!

Great service saves the day! They got crushed for lunch on a Saturday. Sofia stepped in and made our visit very positive. She is a great server, juggled a lot of tables, and acted like a manager making sure her customers are coming back.

Update: Came back a week later. Sofia is still killing it.
