We hosted a private event in the Vault and we had a wonderful experience. We had more guests than anticipated and our server handled it with grace. The food was complimented by all the guests, the room was perfect bc people could come and go as they liked, and the staff were all very kind. Compliments to the chef and the serving staff - Thank you all for making my moms surprise 70th birthday wonderful.
Had the Smoked Pumpkin Habanero, a sweet cherry wood smoke with a subtle pumpkin spice but hold on to your shorts, habanero is the show and Unholy Communion, typically Belgian spices with wine barrel and cedar staves. Delicious.
Wife had a delicious Pineapple cider and a delicious Berliner Weiss with coconut. She’s not a beer drinker but had to have more.
