A wonderful locally owned eatery. The food is flavorful the atmosphere is lively and the staff are some of the best in Brevard county!!! Shout out to our server Jason! He worked his butt off!!! He didn’t miss a beat and went out of his way to help our split party, achieve a 17th birthday successfully!! From the host and hostess who graciously took the cake to the fridge and to the other servers Hannah,..and I didn’t get the others name. They were outstanding!!! The whole energy and vibe in that place was great!!! A highly positive experience. The only thing I didn’t like, was the raisins in the rice. Jason took care of me and changed it out for the best fries!!! Thanks Hemingways crew!!!

Always a great experience at Hemingway’s! Everything we’ve tried on the menu is delicious and we look forward to coming back time and again.

This place never disappoints. Always amazing food and service. Great atmosphere and you actually get your food in a reasonable timeframe.

The service was not good the food was very sub par this was really shocking because usually the service and the food is super however tonight was not good

As a Cuban born raised in Miami one of the big ah ha points was having a Ventana (window) where you can walk in and order a properly made Coffee it’s not seen in Melbourne. Well done !

The Plantain Lasagna (Pastelon) was outstanding. The three Puertoricans at our table who ordered it was very happy- is was authentic! I had the Cubano sandwich and it was very good. We will definitely return. Thank you

Amazing food and experience. I had the special of the day plaintain lasagna. Delicious!! Also had a cup of lobster soup that was really good!!

We love this place! I had the Key West Bowl and my husband had the Cuban sandwich. Leftovers will be for dinner tomorrow. We finished off with the best pineapple upside down cake ever. He had a cafe con leche with dessert. So yummy and satisfying. The service was great as well.

Their food is so consistently good and the service is excellent! The Caesar wedge is so fresh and tasty. The Cuban sandwich never disappoints and I have not had a soup I didn't love there! Highly recommend

From walking in to walking out this was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Avery did a fantastic job taking care of us.

Deein C. Was our server. So knowledgeable of the menus. Food was amazing, conch chowder was the only disappointment as it was more like a minestrone than a chowder. Very little conch. We had the ribs. Full of flavor, fall off the bone and huge. I can normally eat a full rack, I barely finished a half with the sides. Substituted the Mac-n-cheese…. That was the way to go. Flavor and creaminess was excellent. Had no room for dessert. For drinks I only had one. The Pilar Sherry Cask Old Fashioned. The aged rum gave it the perfect sweet/dry ratio. The orange bitters complement the tiny ( in the perfect t way) amount of dry curaçao. Pull the orange and express it yourself to get that extra bit.

We visit Hemingway's almost every time we are in town. The food is always good, and we love sitting outside on the patio, which is completely covered so available even if it's raining. When we went last night, our server was Jason and I just wanted to give him a shout out. He was so enthusiastic and friendly and helpful! He seemed to absolutely love what he does. Such a great server! We had the chicken skewers, which were absolutely delicious, and a Cuban sandwich. So yummy! I think we have loved everything we've had there though. You can't go wrong. With any luck you'll get Jason as a server!

Delicious, great atmosphere, friendly staff. We will be back! I can't wait to try my pumpkin cheesecake, I'm too full to eat it now.

Jason is amazing!! Really appreciated him!! He gave great recommendations and seemed like a hard worker. Hemingways is one of my go to spots.
