This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant in Brevard. Service is amazing, food is fresh and hot. I drive all the way from south Brevard just for Hop Bo.My go to orders are usually Orange Chicken(make it spicy), General Tso's(make it spicy) or Schezwan Pork(you guessed it spicy)Hope Bo never disappoints and I highly recommend them.

We've been coming to this location for years, even being a town away it's still my preferred location. I called in tonight's order, it was ready within 20 minutes and everything was still hot after being driven across town. The Krab Rangoon are a favorite of mine, perfect amount of filling, crispy, and flavorful. The wonton soup was a bit disappointing tonight, broth was dark but lacked any flavor.
