I haven't had Hop Bo for a few years and hoped they had improved. Nope. I ordered the egg foo young combo with pork fried rice. The egg roll is pretty good. The pork fried rice had that burnt oil taste and there wasn't a lot of pork or vegetables- meh. The foo young was tough, overcooked. Pricewise it was $3 less than Lucky Dragon, and unfortunately, it tasted like it. I had the same combination from Lucky Dragon a week ago and I definitely enjoyed the Lucky Dragon combo...

Food is good, but they don’t prepare it until you show up, which means ordering in advance is pointless. And my complaints get a bs response. Go to Golden Wok across the street.
I see this review is months old, but it's still happening. I am prepared to give a couple of dollars tip, but they keep disappointing me.

This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant in Brevard. Service is amazing, food is fresh and hot. I drive all the way from south Brevard just for Hop Bo.My go to orders are usually Orange Chicken(make it spicy), General Tso's(make it spicy) or Schezwan Pork(you guessed it spicy)Hope Bo never disappoints and I highly recommend them.
