Visit was today Veteran’s Day. There were tons of people waiting and no one came to the desk to advise on how long the wait was or to take names. after 30 minutes of waiting a lady finally came to the front desk and said the wait is 1 1/2 hours. Poor customer service. Get a hostess to take names of u know it’s a holiday and expecting a lot of people. Although I have been there on a non holiday with the restaurant practically empty and have had to wait at least 15-20 min for anyone to come to the front desk and acknowledge us. Not good for business. Today I decided to go to the IHOP on Wickham and Washington and greeted with exceptional service and amazing hostess. You may want to get some tips from them.

Can't beat the House faves $6.00 deal. We went when it was not busy at all...despite this fact service was friendly, but slow. I kept seeing the servers peep out of the kitchen to check on tables, but they never bothered to ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. I guess I shouldn't have drank mine so fast if I knew that I needed to make it last. The restaurant was very clean and modern, so that was nice

usually i have no problem, but i went today for my birthday, specifically to use my app & redeem my birthday pancakes but i was told that ihop no longer does that anymore, even though its both in the app & on a sign on the table. also, our server was very out of it & forgot 90% of the things we asked her. for example, i ordered a side of pancakes & it took until we were done eating the rest of the meal until she brought them. i was very disappointed. at least the food was good.

Its IHOP! Good food. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Good service. IHOP quality. Not grommet, but not greasy spoon. No complaints from me.
