The Bloomfield ct location needs a total Reno. The booths are dingy and ripped and torn and repaired in places with silver duct tape. The bathrooms constantly and consistently represent unkempt gas station bathrooms. The smell smells like sewage the paper towels are stacked in baskets and the floors are lifting and peeling

Today I went to the restaurant in front of the airport. They sat me at a dirty table. When I very politely asked the waiter if he could clean it for me, he told me in a rude and contemptuous tone that he couldn't because they hadn't even seated me at a clean table, which is not my problem since the person who sat me was the host of the restaurant. I think he was very rude and impolite. The waiter could have responded to me in a different way since I was very polite. The customer service at your restaurant leaves much to be desired. You should improve.

the location in Elizabeth city NC was absolutely horrible service and food and I love ihop this just pushed me away and I do not recommend this location 😑 I am definitely saddened by this experience food sent back over basic instructions given when ordering only to be brought out to multiple wrong tables before finally presented to me and when done only to receive someone else's check after we've Already paid nonetheless o never even ate all of my food due to the entire experience check number 54 today's date around lunchtime they will know because for the first time in my entire adult life as a a customer I left no tip $0

What an amazing team you have at the North Rock Rd store in Wichita, Kansas. Damon Hobbs and his crew are to be commended for their over the top customer service, clean restaurant and great food. But most importantly, they care about people. They care about the iHop customers. Whoever hired Damon should get a raise… and so should he! Well done iHop.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, on Christmas Day we visited your Dobson location and it took about 20 minutes or longer to receive most of the drinks. I still did not have my coffee and we were missing a soft drink still, so I reminded the waitress twice. She still failed to bring me half and half so I decided to get some from an empty table. Almost 2 hours later of waiting after checking on the status we came to find out the order was never placed. We decided to leave instead.

if you order online, good luck getting anything close to what you ordered. many many many orders later we finally give up because it's always wrong or missing stuff. it's only good if you go there in person and even then they always forget to bring your fruit

Terre Haute Ind. First time in the new building, last time was in the old building. I was there this past Thursday morning & ate brkfst, all was Good. But ate 2 pancakes to many. Drank the whole pot of coffee, & I'm not much of coffee drinker. Again all was Good.
