The girl who took my order was rude and clearly in a bad mood. I excused it because I get it, sometimes we can’t help how we feel. I ordered an Oreo scrumppicino with no coffee base. when I got my drink it had coffee in it. I’m livid. Bad service and I paid for something I don’t like and didn’t want. Won’t waste my time coming here.

THESE EMPLOYEES ARE THE KINDEST HUMANS IN ALL OF BREVARD. It's always such a delight to go to Indian River Coffee Company, not only are their drinks delicious and made with so much care but the staff always has a smile on their face and cheery attitudes. Ive caught myself on multiple occasions going out of the way of my rout to grab a drink from these guys just because of the radiant positivity their employees portray and the amazing service they provide. INCREDIBLE coffee. Best in Melbourne

From my experience here, the posters saying the employees are rude either hit this place on their worst day (we all have bad days) or they don't realize they are the problem. The employees were amazing, incredibly nice and helpful. Great coffee and great environment. Don't pass up this place for real coffee where they roast their own beans.

With more offering the coffee alone, it is a great stop in for anyone who wants an amazing cup of coffee or something else tasty.I haven't seen any of the team members wear name tags, but all of the employees are 100% amazing. They service with a warm smile and make the customers feel welcome.

I love their coffee. It’s much better SB no question. Every member of the staff is delightful and enjoyable to converse with. I probably get their coffee 4 to 5 days a week. They have great breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. They also have a variety of muffins, cinnamon bites, cream cheese bites and bagels. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend you do. ?? ?☮️

Obsessed. The best part was how nice the employees were. I got the classic mocha frumpaccino and it was delicious! I requested a half pound bag of medium roast and they recommended the columbian roast.

The best part of being a regular here is the staff . They are beyond amazing. I love love love getting my coffee here regularly. They pretty much know my order by now funny enough. I also really love getting my fixing of their muffins. They are so delicious and taste so fresh and homemade! If you're ever in Melbourne or just driving around please stop here!! It is definitely worth the drive through wait or inside wait. You won't be disappointed.

The coffee is very good. I started coming each morning for a large coffee and a muffin. Unfortunately, I learned today that they charge for butter, which I consider a condiment that should be offered with any baked good. Although the girl working the register was extremely polite, and did not charge me today, I doubt I’ll return just because this concept does not set well with me. I did a quick google search and the retail cost of a pad of their butter is .18 - Hardly an amount I would risk my business on. If this does not concern you, then it’s a great spot!*** Following up on your rude and unprofessional reply. Your staff specifically stated ‘We normally charge for butter.’ You should check your cameras, if you even have them. Regardless, I have lowered my fair review from 4 stars to a well deserved 1. I was polite to your staff and only tried to bring attention to the fact that most folks don’t like being charged for minor accompaniments. The correct response would be that it was simply an oversight and that you do not charge, I would have happily become a repeat customer. Clearly, I will never be back to this place. I believe this is a perfect example of business ignorance…. Also, I did not wait in line. You must have me confused with someone else…
