Excellent pastries! Highly recommend!

The fruit tart had two small flies in it ???. You can see one fly (tiny dot near the strawberry) and the other one was behind some fruit. REALLY DISGUSTING ?. Macrons looked good and had interesting flavors but all of them except 1 was only crispy - didn’t have that chewy texture that a macron should also have. Also, their flavors weren’t strong so they kinda all tasted the same. Was pretty disappointed since half a dozen was $18. I got 3 other pastries and the Delice CC ($7.50) was amazing with chocolate, macadamias, and Carmel in a tart.

Anyway fruit tart was $8.50 and upper right was Paris Brest for $7.50. Paris Brest was ok, kinda dry

Jacqueline’s has some of the best croissants in town (especially the almond croissants)! However they don’t have the friendliest atmosphere and aren’t consistent. I’ve encountered several instances where the employees are rude or dismissive. Typically it seems to be the management or bakers. The baked goods are always wonderful but if you order something else like a sandwich it’s not consistent. Ingredients are missing or just thrown on the sandwich. It’s honestly a disappointment.

I got there at 5pm even though it says open till 830pm and we drove like 2 hours just to have the lady actually let someone out and lock the door on our faces. ??? And she would have made a quick sale with the three of us, we were just pretty much astonished.

We used to come here a lot. For some reason, the service is lacking the past year. The au de chocolat pastry is also lackng in flavor.

We really wanted to like this place. We tried it twice. Staff was always very kind and welcoming. However, both times we had stale desserts. The owners attacked me for giving my opinion. So crazy.

This bakery is very nice. It is never too crowded and is visually stunning. The workers have a positive attitude and the ice cream is great. They have macarons and cookies ?. All of the food looks good and would recommend.

Don’t waste your money. Mediocre food and hostile environment. There is a much nicer cafe (Sun Shoppe) a short walk away.
