What a much needed addition to the gluten free and vegan scene in Melbourne!
We love their sun dried tomato focaccia, chocolate frosted donuts, sandwich buns, coconut dream bars, cottage pies! There’s even a cute room off the store for enjoying their newly launched breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Saturdays!
Jacquie is so allergy-aware, it’s amazing!
The bakery culture of Brevard County is a bit lacking to say the least.
I'd been struggling to find an artisanal baker in the area, and stumbled upon Jacquie The Nature Baker.
After stopping in this morning, you will have a new regular customer from here on!
