WORST JERSEY MIKES IN MELBOURNE! Today I wasted my entire 30 mins lunch because the male employee with the disgusting attitude decided to rush thru my sub and made it completely wrong. The turkey was WET AND SALTY literally gave me a wet turkey sub I even told him white American cheese and he still put provolone on my sub. If you’re at work don’t go here the employees are INCOMPETENT!

The staff at this location is always so pleasant, so professional, and spot on with large orders. I work for a company near by that frequently places large orders - sometimes 20-25 meals - and everyone in the store is always eager to help, gets it right the first time, and carries the orders to my car for me. I can't sing enough praises about them, I will always go to this store over all the others in the area. Thank you team!

I arrived at 10:12 to pick up a party tray for 10:15 and the young man apologized for it not being ready. I was early and they made everything in 5 minutes and threw in an extra sandwich! Great service. Didn’t get the guys name but I will definitely be back!

We use this Jersey Mike's quite often because they are always top tier from freshness to service but today I especially wanted to commend them for how amazing they are! I am responsible for ordering our Branch lunches at work and ordered off the app late last night right around midnight. I had selected delivery for the next day and completed my order without realizing that it was set to deliver on Thursday instead of Wednesday when I was going to need it. I did not realize until 11:45am Wednesday and I had 12 people showing up for a lunch meeting at noon. I called and they were so kind and accommodating and had everything ready for me within 20 minutes of my reaching out to them about an error that was completely my fault. Such amazing customer service, the entire team is fantastic! From the associate who answered the phone when I called to the manager who said they could get it done for me today, and also the entire crew working to get everything together for us at such short notice during their lunch rush! I am so grateful to all of them!
I have ordered their subs, on many occasions, they are often out of the white hoagie rolls, so I go with the rosemary bread. Tonight I tried to order a Philly steak and they are completely out of bread and offered a bowl or wrap option, come on guys you are a sub shop. Who ever is managing it needs to figure it out. Kinda of done with the place, sucks because I like their subs, when they have bread.

First time ever trying this sub shop, and I have to tell you it really impressed me. Not like a subway or firehouse, but it has its own uniqueness to it, from the hand sliced to order to the way it was prepared. Not bad! I will definitely try this place out again!

This is more of a big Thank You to the employee Angel . She is very personable, welcoming and makes a great sandwich . We're regular customers and it's always good to know she's there when we come in . A 5 star employee who will make and outstanding realtor soon . We're leaving Florida this week and Angel and this Jersey Mike will be the standard in which we judge any other sandwich shop. Thank you Angel and remember the sky is the limit ..👍👍

I honestly wish I would have caught their names but I didn't even think about it. Was craving a Jersey Mike's Sub. Drove to my normal store in Palm Bay only to find out they didn't have any bread. Drove up to the hibiscus store which had plenty of bread left and both employees working the counter had a great attitude and made the delicious sandwich I was craving. Really happy I chose to drive up to the hibiscus store

I'm sorry but whoever said the staff is rude must have been having a bad day. This is my first time at this store and everyone treated me great. Exceptional customer service. I'm also a person of color and they DO NOT treat anyone different!!! Its a diverse staff by the way. Will be visiting again.
