Jersey Mike's Subs

Great place to get lunch. Very prompt service. A long line doesn't really mean much since their service is very speedy and they are usually well staffed. I definitely recommend Jersey Mike's on Palm Bay Road. Download the app and order online for even easier, faster service.

I wrote customer service about an event and now 3 weeks later still heard nothing back. Oh well point taken. Not worth letting them know of bad situations. Will keep that in mind for my weekly outing w mom!

Great subs and friendly staff.

Ordered for pick up tonight. Order was suppose to be ready by 7:34. Finally got it at 7:55. Ok no problem it's busy I get it but then I got home and got to see the sandwiches. First one a Philly chicken only supposed to have light mayo and no cheese and no veggies . What I got was scrunched up looking bread , no mayo but lots of onions on it. Then 2 cold subs drenched in vinegar that you can't even enjoy it. Needless to say they all ended up in the trash and I made another trip to another jersey Mike's for the sandwiches we could actually eat.

Very fast service and building was clean and enjoyable.

Love this place, food is fresh and staff was polite and quick.

Placed a order to go.second time I didn't get what I ordered. To far away to just to go back

It was busy. Food is really good. Service was good. Everything was dirty. Pickup counter was filthy with spills and trash.

Was good food. Turkey is a little salty. Shop was a little messy. Cant complain Though.

I tried one of their subs. It is just not to my liking.

I order the Big Kahuna was warm when it arrived, the sandwich was definitely big but it tasted like it needs something more in it.

I don’t know what it is with this jersey mikes on Palm Bay Road in particular but time and time again, my order experience proves whomever/everyone who makes sandwiches here doesn’t have to know how to read. At least not their make tickets.

Lite mayo and lite mustard is a dripping soup of condiments, no tomatoes has extra tomatoes wedged into the mayo soup, a sub that should only have 2 ingredients came fully involved, sauce on side is a distant dream.

I guess I’m the one mistaken for believing it would ever change. Fool me once…. You fool me you can’t get fooled again!

Serious get a literate person reading out the order if need be this is ridiculous it’s not even yall did a bad job, you didn’t even do the specified job. I’ve worked in kitchens, I wouldn’t be saying anything if this was a mild or one off issue. I’m upset I paid $10 for this.

Look at the pictures. The “Lite Mayo” looks like cheese cover a pizza. And the sandwich I haven’t dug thru to remove tomatoes is on the bottom.

Worst part? I was the one pushing to give you guys another chance. I was pumped for a jersey mikes sub.

I got this soup instead.

Get it together.
