Just left and got home. I ordered the veggie and I am in complete disbelief. I literally got lettuce and pickles….that’s it!!! For $9!!

I have diary allergies so the only thing I said was no cheese. I also did ask for extra green peppers and yellow mustard. Literally got NOTHING. Not even mustard…

I would like to be contacted for a refund. This is so sad. I was starving. Went online to find help to see if I would email the store and nothing.

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been a long-time customer of the Jersey Mike’s location on Palm Bay Road, largely because I work right next door. It has been my regular lunch spot for quite some time.

Over the past four months, I’ve noticed a consistent issue: after 8:00 p.m., the store is frequently out of bread. Once again today, December 14, 2025, the location was completely out of bread an hour before closing.

What made this situation worse was the interaction at the register. The young woman with a ponytail working the register stated that she “forgot” to prepare more bread. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she proceeded to lecture me about making her feel bad, and then mocked me by pretending to cry. As a paying customer—and a 50-year-old man—I found this behavior disrespectful and completely unacceptable.

While the quality of the subs has always been good, customer service and store leadership have clearly declined. Repeated operational failures combined with unprofessional behavior are driving customers away.

Unless this issue is addressed, Jersey Mike’s risks losing loyal patrons. I will also be sharing this experience on my local blog, which reaches approximately 150,000 local followers, as I believe customers deserve transparency about where they spend their money.

The server prepped bread at his station where he preps the sandwiches. There was a house roach right by the bread he precut and prepped to save time. He rapidly grabbed the roach in his hand while explaining that it’s an old building. I felt obligated to buy the sandwich and they charged me. I will never buy a Jersey Mike sandwich ever again. I’m over it.

I want to thank KALI who took my phone call and agreed to correct a wrong order and let me pick up the corrected one. I appreciate when a business does the right thing.

I grew up in the Manasquan New Jersey area. Can’t beat this sub.

Walked in to blasting music in the genre of gangster rap, with profanity not blurred. Had my 3 year old with me, will not be going back. Terrible environment, such a shame from a business management perspective for a great brand.

The order was wrong! We didn't notice until we left. Paid $20.00 plus tip for 2 ham and cheese sandwiches. Mini and regular. Kids!
