Portions are laughably small and prices are way too high. Opened up a 20 dollar sub to be greeted by a slim line of lukewarm meat and cheese. Some parts had a bit more meat but never even close what this same sandwich used to be 3 years ago. Will not be going back, complete waste of money

The sandwiches was packed & tasted good, too. I had a problem not with them but with the app for my Birthday sandwich. I had a problem not with them but with the app. Whitney took care of me & worked things out. She knows the meaning of customer service. Marquis also was attentive & did a great job preparing my sandwich. It was a nice atmosphere & could you please convey my thanks to them & recognize them? Thank you.

I went in there order i went to use my point they told me I need a code I never needed a code before it must be new i get it then tell people because I called corporate they said I never had one so I made it. The staff in this jersey mikes were so rude and nasty . I asked to speak to a manager the girl said we don't have one there 3 girls and 1 guy after my food was made one of the girls came out and threw the bag on the table I asked for a recipe she just walked away I asked the girl at the register she said I don't have it i then asked the guy he went to the computer and printed it out. If you don't like customer service then you shouldn't be working. They need some serious training for staff there nasty attitude there

I love jersey mikes but I went in once close to closing times and had a lot of attitude given to me which I understand but I needed my fav sandwich place really bad because I had a bad day. Ever since the same employees are rude to me and honestly to eachother too I see the way they work with eachother and they ignore eachother. Looks miserable. I never come in close to closing because I know that can irritating and try to come In to be nice since I go all the time but same attitude is always given..

Awesome experience!!! The guy with the spiked blonde hair and two women working at 7pm on a Friday Night were AMAZING!!! Even wrote the name on the sub for a buddy who wasn’t with us and I was meeting at my house!! Just felt like they cared and appreciated their job!! VERY HAPPY (:

Almost a perfect meal if paper wrapper wasn't stuck to my cheese and bread, so only got to eat part of sandwhich. What I tasted was amazing
