I have ordered from this location many times and never had a problem. Today I ordered a cheese steak on the mobile app around lunch time. AsWe started eating, I noticed the bread was very stale, as if it's been sitting there since the day before or two days. It was hard and rubbery. This sandwich was $24 and we couldn't even enjoy it. I live 20 minutes away and had picked it up on the way home. I couldn't even return it as I live too far. You should not be using old bread for your sandwiches.

I came in to get gift cards and I was in line and I told I guy I wanted to buy I stood and waited for him to ring me up he ignore me and skipped me and helped the person behind me. I asked him why he wouldn't help and he completely ignore me. I will make sure my family doesn't eat there if you don't like your job don't come to work. These guys are incredibly rude. They Don't say hello or greet you its like they hate you for coming in. I will take my money elsewhere

One particular worker named Jacob, had VERY inappropriate behaviour. Using improper language such as calling me the B word multiple times and aggressive behaviour as well when I have not done anything to upset him in any form. I hope the proper repercussions are taken. Other than that experience the other jersey mike workers are amazing.
