In the past, I have always been very happy with Jersey Mike's sub that I picked up from this location. Unfortunately, recently I ordered a sub on two separate occasions requesting that the dressing be on the side. When I arrived home on both occasions, the dressing was not included in the small container in the bag with the sub. This was extremely disappointing. When I called, they told me I could come back and pick up the dressing. Very disappointing customer service. On another occasion, we ordered a cheese steak for my husband and were shocked to see there was no cheese on it. Again, very disappointing. There's always the Jersey Mike's at the Avenues.

This location has the worst customer service and attitude. Got a sub to go, it had 1 piece of meat, no cheese (that I had ordered) and the tomato slices had the core. the young man has absolutely no customer service and extremely poor attitude. Last time for this sandwich shop, too many other places that value their customers.
