I'd give this a solid 4 stars all around.
The food: I enjoyed the Zuni bowl (spelling?) under "the locals" portion of the menu. The jerk chicken was tender and flavorful, and the other ingredients were complimentary to the dish (black beans, corn, sauce, sweet plaintains). It was a very good portion for the price.
Service: as a 1st timer I had to ask how it works, but everyone was friendly and helpful, so that's not a big...

I have been here multiple times and every time I come it’s not really busy but always I find people waiting for food. Today I sat down at 12:20 and by no means were they busy, multiple tables and bar seating available. But they kept taking orders, more orders, and more orders until all the seats were filled with people waiting for to go or dine in. When is it enough? Are you understaffed in the kitchen? Why does it take more than 30 minutes to get tacos??? Very frustrating to...
