Worst service ever, if you’re stuck in the hospital all day and need a good sub I suggest not going here, they will never get your order right.

2nd time here. 1st was OK. This time I asked if their chips were kettle chips was told no. Opened & they were they switched them out for something else for me np. Asked fir salt & pepper. Was told they don't have any! Wow unusual had to get it from my car. Food is decent but have get to go for S&P lol

I've been eating at Jimmy John's for 18 years and have ordered from dozens of locations. This is probably my least favorite one. The food is consistent everywhere so there's no issue there. I get the beach club everytime (although I do miss when it came with sprouts). I don't like that this location asks for a tip when you pay by card. And the options are 1) 15% 2) 20% 3) 25% 4) other. You have to select option 4 and enter 0.00 to avoid adding a tip. I consider myself a generous tipper when I'm receiving a service but I've never been asked to tip at a Jimmy John's before. I was just at the Wickham location on Sunday and their machine does not ask this. Also, this isn't a big deal but they like to cut the sandwiches in half here. Today the girl making my sub asked if I wanted it cut in half right before wrapping it up and handing it to me. I said "no, thank you" and didn't notice that she went ahead and cut it in half anyways until I got home.

First, they charged us the wrong price, and then when we got the sub, they spread the tuna with a butter knife, literally not tuna in the sandwich. Horrible experience and lots of money. We probably will never go back to that place.
