I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. I just want to make that clear as I know she still works there and this isn't the only Jimmy John's that has had this issue. In any event, the staff is great.

We ordered steak and provolone cheese on white sub roll and wheat sub roll with sauteed onions and mushrooms. The whitesubroll had yellow cheese after requesting provolone 3xs. A sandwich with cheddar cheese was made with regular wheat bread and after it was made they then told my husband they didn'tgave wheat rolls. Who makes a sandwich then tells people after the fact they don't have wheat rolls? They messed up a simple order. They need to communicate and listen more effectively. My husband was polite and in a hurry. We will not be going back!
Ordered a roast beef sandwich and somehow ended up with a bacon and provolone sandwich. Maybe if everyone working there wasn’t high out of their minds, I wouldn’t have been given this joke of a meal.
