Went around 5:30p inshop. There were 3 guys working, all extremely friendly. Did a nice job balancing our larger order with the drivethru. Super fast, super delicious. French bread was absolutely perfect. Store was clean!
Vegetarian options: One of my favorite fast food options.

Just ordered drive thru and the window cashier literally asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the “in-house crew.” Was she serious, drive through tipping? Do the employees not get paid? I mean c’mon
Staff was friendly and sandwich was good. Made both my and my wife’s sandwiches wrong but fixed them the 2nd time around.

I had a minor issue with my sub today during what I know was a busy lunch situation, and the manager of the store took the time to call me and personally apologize for the issue. He was so kind and said they'd use it as a learning opportunity. You don't see customer service of that level these days anymore. Really amazing!
